Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Avis 

Called the Edinburgh location and spoke with JACK who was very helpful and professional. Asked about difference in LG TV I was thinking about and the OLED and then purchased a good OLED and am so pleased with the picture, etc...Highly recommend RICHER SOUNDS and they provide a 6 year warranty!!

everytime i go into richersounds they know what they are talking about yes they have also got expensive items as well but the look out for all people does not matter how big or small they are nice to talk to and i got all what i needed as well you are the only ones left now

Craig and John were both great, guided me towards a turntable and speakers and offered a decent discount for buying both. When the turntable didn't turn out to be what I was looking for they were super-accommodating in swapping it out for a different one that I now love.

I have had a wonderful experience with Richer Sounds Edinburgh and can’t thank them enough, in particular Jamie.

I called to order a TV and a soundbar as there was a good deal which was cheaper than their competitors. I spoke to Jamie and ordered.

I then changed my mind on what had been ordered and needed a lot of advice and guidance on what the alternatives were.

Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and patient and I felt very well supported in buying a product in a field that I know very little about.

Jamie held delivery back on my original order while he patiently helped me make a decision. We then got that order cancelled and got a new order underway which was delivered by the end of that week.

I am incredibly happy with my new purchase and would highly recommend the team here to help you through a new TV choice.

Easy online click and collect service. Arrived in shop within specified time . I received a message from the shop to collect. Shop was busy but I was looked after . They also called a taxi to get me home .

Bowie, a senior sales advisor in Edinburgh, spent some time with me discussing the OLED tv options available to me which I found very helpful. I ended up buying a 48'' LG with which I am pleased. The only problem I have had is that initially is was difficult to persuade the tv install apps but that problem seems to have disappeared now. I also bought a PED44S swivel table top stand which is good.

When we arrived at Edinburgh we were a bit unsure what we needed but Don who helped us explained things clearly and after listening to what we were looking for pointed us in the right direction and the purchase was made easy.

Staff were very knowledgeable helpful and efficient.
Allowing me to pick up the product at the store even when it was not open to the public.
