Excellent service from Richer Sounds Edinburgh. They went above and beyond.

Excellent service here. Phoned Edinburgh branch looking for 3 Audio Pro C5 W Mk II. Ended up speaking to a couple of people as we worked out the best way to get the speakers to me. Elected to pick up 2 from the store and the white 1 was a special order so straight to my door. No issues getting the first 2 speakers. Arrived when they said they would. But got a phone call a couple of days later saying the special order could be a long time as there was none in stock at the supplier to RS. Was given a few options on how to proceed. In the event we went with option 2 which was see if we could find the speaker somewhere else. We were successful in this so contacted RS and they immediately processed a refund for the full amount. 2 days later it was back off the credit card. Its hard to fault service like this.

I bought an AKG over ear Headphones and the experience was fantastic. The sales person patiently made me try out the options, gave knowledgeable inputs about the the qualities of each one of them and also gave his suggestion on which one i should go for based on the kind of music i listen to. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds Edinburgh.

Jamie was extremely helpful and friendly when I was looking to buy a new television. He was very patient and answered any questions I had. I was impressed with the televisions on offer and the prices. I paid a couple of visits to the store to make sure the item I selected was what I wanted. All staff I spoke to were professional and helpful. The delivery service was efficient. I would definitely recommend Richer Sounds to family and friends.

Before coming to Richer Sounds. I had in mind a 65 inch LG television with possibly a sound bar. This soon became a reality. On offer was a 2025 OLED G5 65 with an LG home cinema soundbar included. The buy decision was made. The salesman was knowledgeable in answering my questions. He also arranged finance. A pleasant experience overall.

Excellent service over the telephone from Lars at the Edinburgh store. Very helpful, patient and offered great advice. Received my products , a Marantz CD player and JBL Bluetooth speaker and I’m delighted with them. Used Richer Sounds a few times and they’ve never let me down.

Bought two subwoofers by telephone from the Edinburgh store with John the store manager on the phone. Good advice and discussion. Payment easy online and items delivered by DPD the next day. I have used the Edinburgh store several times before and I have always been happy with them and had good service.

I called in to your Edinburgh branch (I think it was Craig who helped me). The item I required, an Audio Technica cartridge) wasn't in stock, so Craig arranged delivery and advised it would take 3 to 4 days. It arrived the next day at my home address. I'm absolutely delighted. Thank you.

Helpful assistant talked me through the order process but I had problems with the automated payment system which caused the payment to be taken twice.
A subsequent phone call resolved the issue with a refund authorised.

I had an excellent customer experience with John, who is the Edinburgh branch manager.It was immediately apparent, from a few minutes on the phone, that he was courteous knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. It’s no wonder that Richer Sounds has established and maintained the great reputation that it has, with people like this steering the ship. He sourced the TV that I wanted from Cardiff (I live in Stirling) and gave me a super deal including delivery. I was also given an insight into the Edinburgh store remodelling, which I look forward to seeing as it’s a few years since I last visited.

Can't fault Richer Sounds! Absolutely fantastic value and range of products. The compact record player (Philips The Stevie) I bought was delivered earlier than expected. I was kept up-to-date with order and delivery info, got £10 off for signing up, and the player itself is really high quality sound. It took five minutes to set up and can be used with vinyl and bluetooth. Richer Sounds has been a household name since my childhood and it still is 40 years later! Highly recommend.
