Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Avis 

I saved £60 on a £300 speaker for my daughter. I always check prices on line for large purchases. Emailed and John ordered for me and held it for nearly a week. I turned up with a small bag to take it home on the bus and so they held on to it until I got my car. Very friendly, helpful staff. I I have had loads of purchases from your shop over the years and will continue to shop with you. And there were sweets on the counter 🥰

Seven year old TV needed replacing and after checking reviews, specs and looking at various contenders decided on the one. Found the TV at another retailer at a great price and emailed Richer Sounds Edinburgh to test their price match.
They emailed back with a "better than" price and after phoning the store to purchase and arrange delivery I now have the TV ( and am very happy with it ).
Can't fault the staff, service or price that Richer Sounds provide, honestly can't remember any previous hi-fi or TV purchases not bought through them.

Fair dealing when CD player failed for third time. Replacement is better and I got a small refund.

My own fault really for not researching properly before purchasing a record deck and bookshelf speakers - not realising that I also required a pre amp and also an amp for the set up. Having gone to the shop in Edinburgh I was quoted £299 for the required additional equipment - this was outwith my intended budget. I agreed with the sales staff that I could return the unused equipment but am currently unsure if I will be fully reimbursed or whether I will be offered a credit voucher instead. Some clarification would be appreciated

Helpful member of staff answered my questions and gave more info to help me make decision to purchase TV. 6 year guarantee also a bonus. Told me to expect email from delivery co and that was all good too. Definitely be heading back to Richer Sounds for my next purchase.

what stood out in my experience was the staff’s attention to individual needs of the customer and help with the installation. i particularly appreciated this because of my neurodiversity/disability.

Excellent experience with all the staff being helpful, experienced and knowledgeable. Easy to recommend that if you need any home AV or HiFi equipment that you go straight in and speak to them.

RS is my first stop when looking at TV's / Hi-Fi etc as they are normally very keenly priced and offer excellent G'tee coverage.

On the rare times when I've encountered problems they have been resolved without fuss or drama.

Courteous reception on the two visits to Edinburgh shop and quickly traced the tv suitable for me to another shop and it was promptly delivered to my address.

Not yet tuned the set though disappointed that no paper style instruction guide supplied but that seems to be the modern fashion.

Choice, Availibilty and Price of product. However, it's your staff that really amplify the whole experience. Both your in-shop and online employees excel in all aspects of customer satisfaction..
