Shops like they used to be

In some ways going into Richer Sounds makes me sad because it shows how good other retail outlets could and should be. They have amazing customer service from staff who know what they’re talking about. If you have a problem they *phone you* to put it right. It’s like going in a shop from a time when shops cared about what they sold and what you bought. I can’t rate it highly enough.

Bought £2k TV with free soundbar and…

Bought £2k TV with free soundbar and promised price would be held till next day and I think manager in Southgate said he couldn't so paid higher price for TV. Decided to buy headphones . Walked into Southgate , staff serving customer. Waited . Manager who served me walked out back and ignored me so had to go to Holborn to put hase. Staff really tried to help. Bought because fiio 21 with iem sounded bad ..asked staff if he'd help set it up and he agreed , but over ear sounds great so will probably just sell iem.

I have had 2 tvs in 5 days

I have had 2 tvs in 5 days . The 1st did not support headphones which was important to me . The 2nd, I could not fit the stand because the holes in the casing did not line up with the screw holes. I sent it back. I got my tv from Currys.

Great service as always

I phoned the store to ask if they had my item in stock. They offered to hold it for me, and did so even when I was a couple of days late collecting. I love Richer Sounds! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Dan at…

I had a great experience with Dan at the Holborn Store. He managed to upsell and convinced me to purchase The EVO 1. Originally i was set on getting the Naim Muso which is incredible.
His attention to detail and overall service swayed my opinion!!

Excellent service

Went looking for headphones for my son's 18th birthday present and the manager allowed him to trial a couple of pairs in the demo room. One he had already tried somewhere else but was needed as a reference to the other which we hadn't seen anywhere else on display.
It helped him opt for a model not out but available, which upon checking was price matched on the spot to another retailer, no quibble.
Very professional and keeps Richer Sounds somewhere I will always check out and visit when tv and hifi needs arise.
