I called the Holborn store to get some advice about some headphones I was thinking about buying and got some great advice. I also joined the VIP club so got a great deal on the ones I went for. Very happy punter.

Great customer service and excellent discount!
Great customer service and excellent support from the store manager. I was also offered a very competitive discount, which none of the nearby Richer Sounds stores in my area were able to match. I will definitely return to the Holborn store in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Great service, great prices, excellent customer service.
Great service, advice, and a good deal of patients from Steve at the Holborn store.
My order was placed very late in the day and still a next day delivery was promised and met.
Steve reassured me about the compatability between my existing speakers and a new amplifier.
Great prices, expert advise and excellent customer service. What's not to like?

I always go to Richer sounds, I’ve been going there for years . They are very professional . And honest, they gave me the right advice about . The hifi system .
