Richer Sounds - Milton Keynes Avis 

Excellent help from Richard in RS Milton Keynes when demoing a couple of potential new Amplifiers. I chose the Cambridge Audio AXA35 to replace my 20 year old Marantz and I am very happy with the purchase. It sounds great. Cheers.

I ended up revising my original plan and trusted his advice. The guys in store are unbiased and give honest opinions. My experience at Richer Sounds in Milton Keynes has been nothing but excellent. They are a very good team who are flexible, helpfully and knowledgeable. They aren't just selling whatever happens to be in the shop, they have a genuine interest in Hifi and have clearly listened to the products that they sell with much enthusiasm. I got great advise, but not the type of pushy sales you get when somebody is just after your money. I can highly recommend them as a place to explore what you need and desire before you commit to buying. I also had no problem returning an item that was not suitable.

Overall I can highly recommend Aiden and his team for great customer service!
