Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure or sales BS. Spent time going through all the specifics pros and cons etc. Couldn’t fault the service at all. Delivery was on time with no issues.

Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was after a stylus for an old turntable. They took photographs and searched on line and found a replacement. Told me to return it if it was not right and to take my turntable in so they could check it out. Another store suggested it would be better to buy new turntable.

Buying amp and speakers online is a minefield, the ability to try different setups in the demo room is invaluable. Okay so I blew my budget significantly but we are very pleased with the sounds we now enjoy every day and will hopefully for many years to come. The first set of Mission speakers purchased 27 years ago are still going strong, now another room has quality hifi. Shout out to Rob @ Nottingham store for his patience, knowledge and enthusiasm
