Alex and team provided exceptional customer service. We had an issue on the order which was fixed switfly with minimal impact. I would not hesitate in recommending Richer Sounds to friends and family. In a world of bots and agents it's great to speak to a real person and have that personal service which has been lost with so many other providers.

Excellent recommendation from Rob at Nottingham for a specific type of product. He answered all my questions promptly and professionally, offered to arrange a demo at their store (which I did not take up) and then arranged for the item to be delivered to my home. Delivery was the day after order, in perfect condition by DPD. The speaker is superb and exactly what I wanted.

Top staff and best value electronics there is going. They are not pushy and don't recommend you to have the best/most expensive. They gave a 10% discount on an already-discounted TV, and then helped me carry it out and load it in the car. I will be returning!

It was a real pleasure purchasing my headphones from Richer Sounds. The service provided was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a long and uninterrupted session in the listening room trying out various headphones. When I had made my decision Tony offered the headphones I had used at a greatly reduced price. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

We looked at various record decks and decided which model to purchase. We placed our order late Friday afternoon. We paid for the deck to be delivered on Monday. The only disappointment was that we received an email on Saturday morning informing us that the deck would be delivered later that afternoon, which would usually be fantastic service had it not been for it being the first home game of the premier league lol Our neighbour was kind enough to accept delivery.
