Richer Sounds - Reigate Avis 

As always the team at Reigate branch were most helpful and friendly when I made my purchase which made my visit an enjoyable experience. The manager always has time to talk about product in general, to pass on technical information and keen to demonstrate the new demo room installation. The projector I purchased was very competitively priced and the six year warranty a real bonus which makes me come back time after time.

It was easy to order with helpful staff and the delivery team were excellent.

The guys in Reigate are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The price is always very competitive too.

The salesman, Mark, clearly knew his work and quickly and expertly assessed my special needs as a visually-impaired and deaf customer. His recommendation, and the fact I was allowed to experience his selection for several minutes, proved correct and very helpful. The entire team at Reigate Richer Sounds are amazing. Ian the manager was very patient and helpful in specking out my system. Richard was then brilliant when it came to making the sale. Ollie helped with all the loading when the equipment arrived and Paul did a great job with the cabling. I had a problem with one of the items and Paul sorted it all out and got me a replacement the next day. All in all, great all round service, including the support needed with a problem. I couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Purchased a TV and Soundbar from them (again) recently. As always the service was top notch, great advice, no pressure environment, and an actual shop you can look at things in! Cannot recommend them enough
