Dear Mr Wood,
Thank you for your feedback although it's disappointing to read you aren't satisfied with your sound bar of course. We offer a variety of ways for customers to return unwanted purchases or items they are simply not happy with back to us, including the free of charge option of the local branch.
Generally it's best to speak to the store experts as for example if the the issue is a technical one they can and will happily problem solve. Customers can find the local branch phone number at the top of their sales receipt or by using our store finder.
In the meantime I will arrange for a member of our team to contact you directly to resolve the issue or failing that arrange a exchange or refund for something different.

Great product recommendation
Great product recommendation, only partially setup but appears to be exactly what I needed. The WIIM Ultra appears to be a very flexible streaming unit, and is necessary as an interface for old and new technology.

Popped into the shop
Popped into the shop, as my wireless headphones were playing up. The staff were only too happy to test them in several ways to confirm that they needed replacing. Following that they didn't try and upsell me a high range replacement pair, but talked me through some potential choices in a similar price bracket to my previous ones.
Walked out having bought a perfect like for like replacement, so very happy bunny.

Great shop. Terrible delivery.
Ok, let me just start by saying that Richer Sounds themselves are amazing. The prices are great and the staff are super friendly.
My issue with them is the awful delivery services they use.
On this occasion the delivery company is called Furdeco and they’re terrible.
I paid £9.95 for next working day delivery, was told it would be Friday so I booked the day off, waited in and then that afternoon I got an email from the delivery company saying it’s now coming on Monday 5th Jan.
Now I have to book ANOTHER day off and lose a day’s pay so I can take the delivery.
In fairness to Richer Sounds themselves they refunded me the delivery cost and did say they can’t understand why Furdeco have done this.
But that doesn’t negate the fact I’ve lost a day’s wages.

I was really disappointed to read your feedback of course and offer my sincere apologies, having investigated this was an unfortunate scheduling error by the courier. Obviously that is not good enough as we expect more from the delivery partners that represent us and I have since shared mine and your displeasure with them.
