Brilliant customer service from Terry…
Brilliant customer service from Terry and the team! I wanted advice about buying a new turntable, amp, CD player and speakers for my husband's 60th birthday. Terry talked me through the different options and arranged a demo. of the items I was interested in. When I turned up the next day with my son for the demo. everything was already set up. We were given plenty of time to listen and ask questions. We also tried other speakers and never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. We also needed the new system quickly and Terry was great at ensuring we got all the items in time by calling another branch to get us the speakers we wanted. He also offered tips about how to set up and offered to help over the phone if we ran into problems - which we didn't. Husband loved his surprise. Thank you Terry and the team at Richer Sounds, Weybridge!

I had a requirement and came in with a pre-conceived opinion of what was needed. BUT after speaking to your advisor I realised that there was a better option available. Yes it meant waiting till the release but definitely worth the wait.

Both items not at branch. Promised for next day and told I'd gret a phone call to say my order was in.
Sure enough, phone call next day and were available for collection.
Excellent service, as always. Staff were friendly and polite.
