Where do I even begin?
I ordered a month ago, Package got either lost or stuck due to royal mail strikes/cyber attacks. The seller did not provide any tracking info, even though charging 7.99£ flat rate for delivery. At that price, I would expect tracked delivery, but it's obviously the seller pocketed that money/difference and went with just your standard untracked, which ofcourse got lost. The whole website is completely outdated, unprofesional and is extremely poorly done, with most navigation options hidden that you can find with google search only, don't even get me started on mobile version, it's a mess and make the whole thing look like a scam. There's no communication after ordering (no idea when your package does get sent out). I ordered it , it went to processing and then after 2 weeks of silence, it just been marked as complete. No confirmation that package got sent out, no courier info, no tracking, nothing. When i contacted the seller and asked when the package did actually got sent out, he ignored my email.
Atleast if you buy internationally, avoid this. Thank god for paypal coming in and saving my money
Edit: The seller completely missed my point with what I was saying in first place. My issue is that there was no information of when and how the package got sent, the FAQ didin't help cause it just gives you vague explanation (ship out every wendsday, thursday, friday) but that tells you nothing, I placed an order on thursday, did it got shipped out same day? next day? next week? Who knows since there's no tracking and you still being charged 7.99 for non tracked shipping when standard non tracked shipping through royal mail atleast is around 3.5. (also completely dodged question)
EDIT 2: I just have to declare this a scam. I recently got an email from the seller, with probably most broken english I have ever seen, esentially giving some BS story how his paypal got hacked and that paypal is not releasing funds or something. Good god, where do i even begin? Yeah paypal has not released funds because I did a chargeback due to non delivery (which, like explained before, due to postage issues in UK, is impossible anyway) In email, he claims due to this his paypal got "hacked" (Which he's strongly implying the reason for getting "hacked" is because paypal decided I'm right and refunded my money, I don't think the seller has any slight idea how paypal even works lol) and started begging to go onto item again and reorder it with his new implemented payment feature because "he shipped the item out" . Atleast that's how i understand the email and i have to put massive question mark on that because, the email is written so nonsensical and is so shady looking, that I laughed hard and thought it was a joke. It was literally written in same way and same grammatical mistakes like one of those nigerian prince/inheritance scam emails. I still have no idea what he meant in the end with that email. Trust me, if i could upload screenshots, it's a gold mine.
So I proceeded to ignore it, because anyone with a brain would assume such email is just a scam or there's atleast something dodgy going on but then he proceeded to send it AGAIN 5 h later. Either his website got hacked or the guy is just taking a p*** at this point. If it is genuine, I appreciate how he completely ignored my email when I send an enquiry about not recieving item and asking when it actually shipped, but then proceeds to spam me with nigerian prince/inheritance type scam emails. It's completely unprofessional. Atleast I had a good laugh about it

No communication whatsoever throughout whole experience.

Waited 2 months after ordering & still no delivery. Owner Asked for more money as couldn’t get stock (for a different device).

States that giving refund isn’t his responsibility.

Ordered a Miyoo mini from this guy and got the run around for two months. Then got an email asking for £50 more to buy a different device! Avoid.

Reply is nonsense because I got one from Ali express the very same day and it got delivered within four days. My request for a refund through PayPal was initially accepted and then later declined and then I had to call PayPal and push the issue to get my money back. My one star stands.
