My first time at Rixo
My first time at Rixo, Marylebone. I had to buy something to wear to give a eulogy for a celebration of life for my lovley dad. The staff were so lovely, helpful and sensitive and helped me choose a beautiful dress to honour my dad. My favourite boutique in Notting Hill closed down last year and I've been looking for somewhere to shop - this is my new favourite! I shall be back soon to enjoy the spring clothes on offer.

Rixo - I love them. Total fashion love affair.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I visited their beautiful flagship store on the King's Road to make use of their clever 'pre-loved' offering of exchanging a Rixo item for store credit. A few months later I visited their Marylebone store to use my credit on an exquisite floral-embroidered cord jacket (which the staff helped ensure was the right size). I was also really inspired by how well they'd pieced items together on the mannequins - the clashing prints looked fab. LOVE. Rixo is just the best for romantic, vintage-inspired pieces that really flatter. Always my go-to when going to a wedding / on holiday / want to feel my best in general. X

I bought my wedding dress from Rixo because I’d been a Rixo bridesmaid, and the cuts of their dresses are so flattering, the materials are high quality and their designs are timeless. I see every Rixo piece I buy as a little investment. Delivery is quick too!

I live too far away from visiting a RIXO shop, but I have ordered online, and customer service, quality of clothing and delivery has been excellent.

Amazing customer service
I had an issue with my delivery (due to the address auto filling and being sent to the wrong address - my own fault) and the customer service team were super helpful, came back to me quickly and kept me up to date with their conversations with Royal Mail. Genuinely one of the most helpful customer service teams I’ve dealt with. Oh and the dress was gorgeous when I did get it.

Fantastic personal service- such a rarity
The staff are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to deliver prompt and helpful service. One item recently appeared out of stock on their website and a lovely staff member managed to track a sole remaining dress in my size from one of their stores and arrange speedy delivery. The only issue I have is deciding which one of their beautiful dresses to wear to my daughter’s wedding!

I love Rixo. I have been loyal to this brand for many many years. The designs are flattering, the materials used are of high quality. The dresses I bought years ago are still current and fashionable.
