Love the fresh new site, still feels very rixo with a vintage / retro feel. The collections get better each season. A customer for almost 10 years, looking forward to the next 10!

Beautiful clothes designed to flatter. Sizes are always spot on and the dresses are a perfect length instead of those dresses designed for 7 foot models! Always come gorgeously packaged and feel like an utter treat. You cannot go wrong in Rixo

I had admired the long leopard coat for sometime but it was out of my budget. The Black Friday deal offering 25% discount was a dream come true so I ordered 2 sizes of the coat. Arrived quickly, lovely quality and finish , keptvthe smaller size . Wore it yesterday for first - greatly admired and I felt good . Very happy 🎄

Recently bought a dress I had wanted for a while from Carnaby street. The team were lovely and super helpful. The dress certainly didn’t disappoint. Excellent quality and looks amazing.

EVERY outfit I have bought from Rixo is a huge success. Always beautiful material, wonderfully flattering shapes, colourful and just perfect. Dresses, skirts, shirts and jackets all are timeless. Ordering on line comes incredibly quickly and if doesn't work they refund very quickly.

I recently attended the Rixo Sample Sale in London. The event was packed but the items for sale were excellent ranging from wedding dresses to underwear. What was exceptional was the pricing, so reasonable and also the staff, so helpful and generally delighted when a bargain was procured. Well done Rixo you show other retailers how it should be done.

Great store to purchase and use online. I spent time understanding what I wanted and looking at the difference styles. Everyone was helpful and really knowledgeable about their products. I made two very beautiful purchases and I’m so pleased and excited to wear for years to come.
My only small note would be if you buy online you have to wait for the return to be processed before you can exchange for another size which can take up to 2 weeks and therefore the style was out of stock.
Can’t wait to be back as I have my eye on a coat

I purchased a dress online but when I received it the zip was faulty. They offered me a refund but would not do an online exchange. Apparently exchanges can only be done in store and the dress is only available online! Not a good service in my opinion.

I had a very bad customer service experience. I was really shocked about the way I was treated today by the customer service advisor at Rixo. I was waiting for my orders to arrive for many days and they put the wrong address on my order so it was not delivered then when I was explaining this to the lady over the phone she canceled my second order. When I called for the third time they put the phone down on my and said we have nothing to do with you .. I’m really shocked is this a company of what .., I have not seen this attitude anywhere in the world they really need to work on their customer service skills or me as a customer I’m not willing to raid this attitude. As a company you need to apologise and accept your mistake not to blame it on delivery company or be rude to your customers

Even one star is a lot for you. Very bad customer experience. I ordered one item more than 4 days ago and they put the wrong address on my parcel then blamed it on Royal Mail. When I called Royal Mail they said Rixo put the wrong address on my parcel even tho this is the second time they deliver to me. When I called the company spoke to a very rude lady when I called to explain every thing to her and he disappointed I was, she kept saying ok have a lovely day then they canceled my other order that I have with them. Not even willing to apologise or accept their mistake. I’m very shocked with their attitude and I think they do delete bad reviews and only make up good ones. I’m very shocked with them but this is my real experience. It’s my last time that I order anything from them if I don’t get my refund I will contact the financial ombudsman

I an sorry to write this review as I love the blouse I have from Rixo, but I am very unhappy about the Rixo approach to marketing. I have tried to raise with them and the response has been unhelpful.
I received an email offering me a 25% discount on the whole site, without exceptions. The 'without exception' point was in bold. It was written as an email to me as a thank you for being a valued client from the directors. It looked different to the usual marketing emails. I have been looking at a dress in the archive section for some time. I put it in the basket and added the code and the discount was not applied. This is not unusual for sale items, but I went back to the email and there was not any small print or indication that the offer did not apply to sale items.
Feelings somewhat disgruntled at the lack of transparency, I sent an email to highlight the error in the email. I received a response which apologised if the email came across as misleading. This missed the point. It did not come across as misleading, it was misleading. Subsequent emails have used the same language, but have included a small print disclaimer. These emails do indeed come across as misleading. I don't think this is acceptable in a luxury brand. I liked Rixo becaused I believed it was ethical and moral. I find this behaviour to be deceiptful.
I responded to highlight my concern about the language used and received a not dissimilar response. It completely missed the point. To such an extent that I suspect it was written by AI. This could have been handled much better. My initial email was sent to advise that I thought a mistake had been made. A huge opportunity has been missed. I am now here writing a one star review because I feel I have not been heard. This is why customer service needs to be taken more seriously.
By contrast, I bought a phone charger from a national brand - they kept asking for a review, and I said I was disappointed it had not worked. It was only £30 and I did not give it a second thought. I was staggered to receive an email from the manufacturer asking me for more details as this is not what they expected. That is a complaint handled well.
Rixo great clothes but you are losing a customer due to a failure of responsible promotion.

Horrible customer service and unreasonable policies.
I ordered underwear online - unfortunately, the package took too long, and the underwear was no longer necessary. When the package arrived, I requested to return the unopened box that was shipped, and get a refund. They argued they couldn't accept it because of "hygiene reasons"- which doesn't make sense because the shipping box hasn't even been opened - if this was a real concern, then the product would be unhygienic already when served to the customer. Ridiculous.
Strikes me as just another company trying to make a sale without providing real value or service.
Don't buy from them
