Earlier this year, my TV broke down. It was under insurance and was deemed too bad to repair. This decision was given by Robinsons Electric at the request of the insurance company. They offered me a reconditioned set which was not acceptable. I visited Robinsons Electric and the gentleman in the shop phoned the insurance company and persuaded them that if they gave me £200 I would pay the balance on a new set of my choice. I did this and with a 5 year cover by Robinsons. His help was excellent and prompt. I had spent 3 weeks and many phone calls to get any action from the insurance company. Thank you.

I’m writing this review following the time spent by the staff at Robinson’s. Had an issue with a Samsung tv, not bought from them, but from a large national retailer that went faulty. The store we bought it from were not interested in assisting us with the fault. So took it here to get an independent opinion! They spoke at length to Samsung drawing on their expert knowledge. As a result the tv has been repaired free of charge! I’d like to say a big thank you for your great work in securing me a successful resolution to the problem. I would recommend anyone buying a new product to visit them first before going to a big retailer, we will be in future!
