I had the opportunity to attend a one week online CompTIA Network Plus course led by Admire and I really enjoyed it.
Admire was patient and didn’t mind explaining in a few different ways until we all understood the concept.
I normally don’t like quizzes but I enjoyed the one hade for us and i even wanted to participate in a second one which most definitely says a lot about the whole experience.

I had a great experience with Robust IT thanks to Ryan, whose approachable and professional manner made all the difference. He took the time to clearly explain the course options and answer my questions in a way that was both thorough and easy to understand.

His guidance helped me feel confident that Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking was the right path for me as I pivot my career from program management, and his supportive approach genuinely got me excited to begin the journey. It’s reassuring to know that Robust IT provides not only excellent training but also the ongoing support needed to succeed.

I’m looking forward to continuing my studies with them, knowing I’ve made the right choice.

I have started with RobustIT after looking at mutliple different providers of the cybersecurity pathway. I had a great experience with Emma for the actual set up of my accounts and on boarding. They have kept up with me about how I've been progressing and offered help at all stages I've completed so far. The Virtual learning enviorment can be a bit Janky at times especially for the price paid. So far I can say I am satisified though. I have had no experience with the employment assistance as of yet which is another one of the big pulls for signing with Robust IT.

After speaking to Jack Saywood after leaving the military there was great communication explaining the details of the course once I expressed my interest. He gave me confidence being an ex military member that this course was the way forward for someone going into IT cyber security.

Jake helped me with my CV, which was great. Very helpful and supportive throughout the process, gave me clear advice, and made everything much easier. I’m really happy with the result and appreciate the effort..

Robust IT help you gain a strong foundation in order to start a career in cybersecurity. I transitioned into cybersecurity from a non IT background and the cybersecurity bundle really helped my confidence as it gave me the knowledge to hold a conversation as if I had already spent a few years working within IT.

The course material is comprehensive and you get slides to go with each module, meaning you get the option to read the material if you prefer as opposed to watching the online videos. You also get the option to attend live online or in person classes which is a great way to pick the brains of the instructors.

Robust IT also provide great aftercare and you can contact them about any future exam concerns that you may have. You really do feel looked after.

Anyone thinking of taking this company up on courses beware! I started this course last August after a few week due to my adhd
The way they set it out with videos talking at you didn’t work for me I’ve asked to stop and that I can’t continue I am now basically being forced to continue against my will as it’s physically impossible, so on today’s climate being force to continue paying £120 a month for a course I stopped nearly a year ago is down right ludicrous!I shall continue my pledge to stop others from joining this company who, clearly, once yoIre in you can’t get out and they keep you forcibly paying against your will

I’ve recently enrolled onto a Cyber Security course with Robust IT, and although I can’t comment on the course itself just yet, I wanted to share how smooth and supportive the application process has been.

A big thank you to Jack Saywood, who has been incredibly helpful throughout. From guiding me through the enrolment steps to making sure I was set up and ready to go, the whole process has been clear, professional, and stress free.

If the training is anything like the support I’ve received so far, I’m confident it’s going to be an excellent experience.
