This is a scam operation

This is a scam operation. They send you junk jewelry for a few months, then quit sending it and keep charging you monthly. They make it impossible to cancel the service. You need to change your card number to end it. There is probably a good class action suit here.

I got into this because of a "free"…

I got into this because of a "free" one-month credit. I received my pieces and they were underwhelming, but I decided maybe I would buy one and return the rest. I got charged twice and I thought ok great I have $42 in credit that I could use towards a purchase from the set I received. I learned just now that those $21 credits do expire and you are screwed over if you don't use those and they will NOT refund you. They keep referring to the T&Cs and will not even offer any money back. Please stay away from this subscription company as they will take your money for subpar jewelry pieces you won't even be compelled to use. *update* I just sent back my pieces because they said I need to have it returned before March 15 to avoid being charged the monthly fee again. I just got a letter confirming that my membership has been cancelled, but I did notice something in the email that is VERY MISLEADING, in connection to their T&Cs that they kept referring to when I was demanding for a refund. “$21 monthly credit TOWARDS purchasing jewelry from your rental set” WELL they leave out one important detail - credit does not roll over after a month and if you don’t buy anything from the set, you can kiss that $21 goodbye. Stay away!

Not my style

I won a free 30 day trial subscription for rock box on afterpay. I received my first and only box it wasn't my style of jewelry at all so I returned it and canceled before I got charged for it. Well they ended up charging me alittle over a month later and sending yet another box of jewelery (not my style)

Strange subscription box company

Strange subscription box company, selling jewelry uglier and lower-quality than Shein for a 100x markup. If you look rich, anything looks expensive on you, and if you don't, the jewelry Rocksbox prices at $100 looks less than a cent. Rude customer service, too. Lots of problems with their swap.

A complete utter disappointment

I was never given the chance to review my set or swap out the pieces for something I would actually wear.
I was so disappointed when I opened my package that I physically cried!!
The jewelry pieces picked out for me are so hideous my grandmother would throw up.
This company obviously hires stylists that either hate their job or have no clue on how to style or listen to their clients requests.
During the style profile I specifically only selected ring stacks as a trend I faithfully follow.
The stylist assigned to me paid no attention whatsoever to my style profile & also did not listen to me when I specifically requested at least one ring or 3 rings
I DID NOT REQUEST earrings that are so big & gaudy that my ear lobes would hang to the ground.
This subscription isn’t worth wasting $21 a month,

They are absolutely unhelpful. I tried to cancel my membership literally 2 seconds after I accidentally placed an order, and all they said was that they did not "catch it" in time, so now I am stuck with a package of things I didn't want that I have to return. And you cannot even officially cancel until you return the last package you got, so if you can't return it in time you just will continue to be charged. Literally the worst.

Absolutely do not sign up for this. Its a 90% cheap costume jewelry you can get at any mall for a fraction of the price. They charge you $21 a month for a subscription, the credit only goes toward the 3 items in your box and not toward a new box (for the 3 items that aren't brass I tried to get) and the credit only lasts a month. Credit doesn't rollover, its just gone if you didnt get items you liked that month 0/10. Complete BS. I do not recommend.

Rocksbox jewelry truly ROCKS!!

I've been getting monthly boxes for 7 months now abd they're a quality, fresh, fun jewelry with mid fine jewelry that really fits my budget and my style. I can try new things every month and if I'm not into it I can send it back in the shipping container and bag and exchange for new pieces.ive bought almost every box so far. lol Great price line great product. stellar customer service.

if i could rate lower than 1 star i would

i signed up for rocksbox being told from the website i got a promo code so my first months box was only 5$ so i put my card info in and still was only 5$ then learned it was a jewelry rental and decided to cancel my order bc i didn’t want jewelry i couldn’t keep. i went to my bank account and looked at my statements and rocksbox had taken out the 5$ (which was actually 5.30$ due to tax so ok) and then rocksbox had taken out another charge of 22.26$ which was the 21$ that was supposed to be waved with the promo code and no where on the website when i was signing up or anything did it say it was going to charge me more than 5$ for that month yet i am only able to be refunded the 5$ so rocksbox ultimately stole 22$ from me and i never even had my box shipped. they say they are not aloud to refund me the 22$ bc it was for my monthly membership even tho the promo code was supposed to make it 5$ so why i was changed the additional 22$ blows my mind how a company would just practically steal money from you like that. i never even had my order shipped or even received anything. they have now taken the 22$ off my bank statement so i can’t even go through my bank and get my money back. waste of time and money and i highly recommend no one using this company unless they want random sums of money stole from them without being told or aware. rocksbox is highly disappointing

I LOVE Rocksbox!

I have been a customer for years and I LOVE this company. I’ve accidentally lost an earring a couple times, I snagged a necklace once and it broke and they have never given me a hard time. Their jewelry is really pretty and of nice quality with a lot of different styles. Turnaround is lightning fast with plenty of notifications along the way. All interactions with customer service have been timely and pleasant. They also offer a free pause option to take a break and when my pauses are done, I’m always really excited to start getting boxes again. This is my longest running subscription and by far the best.

I was extremely skeptical when I first…

I was extremely skeptical when I first heard of Rocksbox and I debated for about a year and a half before I finally decided to try them out when they had a free promotion going on.
Their jewelry is rather quite nice, I was pleasantly surprised. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they are a bit on the expensive side.
But as you can see in the video below how beautiful their jewelry is, if you like wearing jewelry that is genuinely beautiful and well made than I suggest Rocksbox.

Rocksbox - Worst Experience with cheap jewelry

Rocksbox review complaint - Don't do it if you care about quality. I thought this would be a fun way to add new pieces to my collection because they claim it's designer quality but the first box quickly showed me these are the cheap designer quality they're trying to move as expensive. lol I cancelled the account and slapped the return label on the box - dropped it off at the local shipping store to be returned. This was in December before xmas -still fighting them and my bank, disputing monthly charges in July.
Rocksbox did refund my money twice, bank refunded a few times yet they STILL CHARGE me each month claiming I never returned the jewelry. If so, keep the first $21 and cancel the account. That stuff is not worth $21 x 8months, not close. Save yourself from cheap Alibaba jewelry they are claiming as quality designer. Doesn't matter what name you put on it, it's not worth the price tag. If costume jewelry is your thing, then this is your kinda place.

Awful experience

Awful experience. At first, they offer a FREE month and later try to charge my account ~$200 for CHINESE pieces of jewellery.

Don't recommend it!!!

I ordered Rocksbox for the first time…

I ordered Rocksbox for the first time and received my 3 items. The items did not match any I stated I was interested in. I returned all 3 items using the prepaid return label. I then canceled my account.
Four months later my bank account was debited over $300 for the items. My only way to contact them was via email. Rocksbox returned half of my money and I’ve yet to receive the rest. Beware of this company.

Used jewelry, shoes wear. Not stabilized like promised. Receive broken jewelry. Customer service rude. Not enough jewelry because of having too many members. Charged even after canceling...beware of them!
