Romans - Bath Avis 

I found a very nice house in Bath City Center thanks to the help of the agent Saffron WiIllmott who helped me through the journey

I was moving to Bath from Tokyo, and despite being so far away Romans made the process of applying for a tenancy and contracting very smooth. We were working with Amy from Romans and she was always super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great experience, I would definitely go through Romans again.

My son rented a house with fellow students. There were problems with damp in many rooms. The owner was known by a member of staff and disappointingly was never taken to task over the issue. Very unhelpful attitude from the agency.
