Sarah recently sold our flat in Crowthorne. Romans previously managed the property as a rental and Sarah managed the process of selling the property professionally and efficiently, liaising with colleagues, legal professionals and the buyers and always keeping us updated with progress.
For a friendly, efficient service I would recommend Sarah and her colleagues at Romans.

The company Romans employs to complete their security checks are atrocious. They kept hassling me and my siblings for information that had already been provided. This delayed the house going on the market. Unfortunately, this has tainted my opinion of Romans, through association.

Professional & personal excellent service
Romans are by far the best estate agents we have ever dealt with & we have moved numerous times. The professional but friendly & warm service provided by Ashleigh the Branch manager & her team was much appreciated at a difficult time. The service really was second to none & beyond expectations from previous experiences. We would thoroughly recommend them & would use them again without question. Thank you so much

We have been with Romans for over 5years now and it has been wonderful.
With Isabella York being our property Manager we have had peace of mind whilst on holiday.
We have asked for spot checks to be done whilst away and they have been done, many thanks

Support through arbitration
Issy York has been extremely helpful with regards a tricky tenancy. This has had to go to arbitration through the NDO scheme and she supported me collating all the paperwork in terms of invoices and work completed. Any questions she replied very promptly.
