Great service and shout out to Bev as well for dealing with a slight problem uploading in a very effective way!

Route1 is our go to for printer and supplies. We have always found the approachable and any issues quickly resolved.
Bex has good eye for detail and have been helpful to spots things we may have missed.

Abysmal customer service.

If you’re lucky, they’ll get the job right. But if it goes wrong - and there’s a good chance it will - they will shrug their shoulders, duck responsibility and leave you to sort it out.

Promises are broken, timescales are not stuck to and emails/conversations are ignored.

To be fair, they used to be quite good. Clearly things have changed in recent times. It’s a shame. But I can’t rely on them anymore - it’s happened too many times (3 orders in with them this week - all delayed. 1 wasn’t time-critical, 1 got there by the skin of its teeth, 1 has failed despite several opportunities to get it back on track).

Even after 20 years in the field, I still need a hand sometimes with artwork and the artwork team at R1P are exceptional. Thanks on this occasion specifically for Lisa and Jodie who both went out of their way to tell me exactly where the issues were in a 40 page booklet which saved me ages in trying to hunt them down myself. They even fixed the ones they could, which saved me even more time and grey hairs. Thanks very much both of you!

Worst printers ever! I used route 1 as they were cheap, however the work is awful, quantities are always short, last job had 2 of the 2 page sections in it? You place a £500 job its 4 days late and you get offered a £10 credit note. Shoddy work which isnt checked by anyone! To top it off they close my account, lock me out when i still had work placed with them! Simply awful

I've been using Route 1 Print for many, many years now. They're well priced allowing me to give clients great deals on quality print. The quality is superb and on the off-chance it isn't for whatever reason they have always fixed it. Their delivery is usually very quick and clients loooove it. The amount of products and finishes they offer covers 90% of the print I need.

The customer service and artworking teams are great, very patient, friendly, answer queries with good explantations and go out of their way to to solve any issues that may crop up and this graphic designer right herrreee (me) genuinely really appreciates it.

I have been sending orders to Route1 for years and I have never had a problem with them, they are always there at the other end of the phone should I need to speak to anyone. Well done Route1

Late, not full delivery and terrible quality.

Customer service is as bad, with little to no help and another load of excuses from multiple people, who don't know print and care even less.

I had an issue with both some business cards and Christmas cards on my recent order, and Ashley handled it brilliantly. They took the time to review the files with me, explained what had gone wrong, and arranged a reprint quickly without any fuss. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout, which made the whole process stress-free.
