Unless you speak Vietnamese or really don't care about how your manicure looks, STAY AWAY from this place.
Not a single person there speaks a word of English. I made an appointment online and requested Rin, who was walking around when I got there. But apparently making an appointment means absolutely nothing, because despite having an appointment, they assigned someone else to do my nails.

This was the worst French manicure I have ever had.
The nail tech assigned to me was Brian, who was meticulous but very slow.
He did not understand a single thing I said and didn't understand my showing him what I wanted either.
I asked for square nails with rounded edges and straight sides. I even filed one to show him what I wanted, but regardless, he refiled it and made the nails thin with angled sides and edges so sharp & pointy they could rip your skin.
I told him I wanted very thin white tips. He made them very wide.
I asked for regular polish he used gel.

This manicure cost me $75 - and I got NOTHING I asked for

Đây là lần làm móng kiểu Pháp (French manicure) tệ hại nhất mà tôi từng trải qua.
Người thợ được phân công làm móng cho tôi là Brian; anh ấy làm việc khá tỉ mỉ nhưng lại cực kỳ chậm chạp.
Anh ấy chẳng hiểu lấy một lời nào tôi nói, và ngay cả khi tôi dùng cử chỉ để diễn tả mẫu móng mình muốn, anh ấy cũng không hiểu nốt.
Tôi đã yêu cầu làm móng dáng vuông với các góc được bo tròn và hai cạnh bên thẳng tắp. Tôi thậm chí còn tự giũa thử một móng để làm mẫu cho anh ấy xem, nhưng mặc kệ lời tôi nói, anh ấy vẫn giũa lại theo ý mình—khiến móng trở nên mỏng dính, hai cạnh bên bị vát chéo, còn các góc thì sắc nhọn đến mức có thể làm rách da tay.
Tôi bảo anh ấy rằng tôi muốn phần đầu móng sơn trắng thật mảnh. Thế nhưng, anh ấy lại sơn phần đó rất dày và rộng.
Tôi yêu cầu sơn thường, nhưng anh ấy lại dùng sơn gel.

Bộ móng này đã ngốn của tôi 75 đô la—đổi lại, tôi chẳng nhận được BẤT CỨ điều gì đúng như những gì mình đã yêu cầu cả.

Jeg har fået lavet negle for 800kr (600 for neglene og 200kr!! For design på to negle) i det jeg går ud af butikken ligger jeg mærke til at det jeg har fået oven på neglen er mega blødt og falder af jeg spøger 3 andre negleteknikere som siger at produktet ikke er hertet ordenligt jeg går ned for at spørgere ind til det men bliver mødt af en mandlig ansat(formoder jeg) som bogstaveligt talt griner mig op i ansigtet hånsomt og siger at det er fordi at der er ovenpå neglen og normalt .. det hade taget dem 5 minutter MAKS at rette op på dette

Do not go here. The owner pretends that the business is not hers so she can refuse bank transfers. She gets jealous if you ask for her staff and cannot do nails herself. I left with 10 nails all in different shapes, and when I came back after 5 minutes to show that it wasn’t done properly, she said I could have them removed but that I wouldn’t be welcome back in the salon.

Ga hier niet naartoe. De eigenaresse doet alsof de zaak niet van haar is om overboekingen via de bank te kunnen weigeren. Ze reageert jaloers wanneer je naar haar personeel vraagt en kan zelf geen nagels zetten. Ik ben vertrokken met tien nagels die allemaal een andere vorm hadden. Toen ik na vijf minuten terugging om aan te geven dat het niet goed was gedaan, zei ze dat ik ze eraf mocht laten halen, maar dat ik daarna niet meer welkom was in de salon.

Went in the day before an event with my sister and asked for a baby blue French tip and she got a turquoise French tip we was then asked to put down a £10 deposit and because I only had £20 they took that and didn’t give me the other 10 back after saying it was a £10 deposit for both of us and then we had to go back 1 and a half hours later at 3 to then be sat there for 20 minutes. It then only took them half an hour for each of us so an hour total to do both sets and charged us £35 each after the price board says £3 for each nail for French tip so we was charged an extra £5

It was my first time at Royal Nails today and they had lovely staff they did a fantastic job on my nails. They were very friendly and did a quick but thorough job. They even were handing out free cuticle oils as a christmas gift to all their clients which was very kind and a pleasant surprise! I would definitely recommend as they matched my inspiration pic spot on.

Jeg havde ikke fået lavet negle før, og bad om korte og naturlige negle (det har jeg set hos veninde med virkelig flot resultat)
Kommunikationen var ikke særlig god. Da jeg gik derfra sagde jeg at jeg ikke var tilfreds med resultatet og selv ville rette negle til når jeg kom hjem. Én negl var fin i form og længde, de øvrige har jeg selv filet til - både pga længde og symmetri.
Farven er lys pink, hvilket ikke ser særlig naturligt ud, men det kan være min egen fejl - jeg skulle måske have været mere tydelig.
Det er egentligt et fint sted og nogle er måske også dygtige til deres arbejde, da jeg kan se at nogle er meget tilfredse.
Hvis jeg skal have lave negle en anden gang, bliver det nok ikke der.

Ich war 3 Mal in einem anderen Nahelstudio und bekam eine Allergie von den Produkten. Das ist mir bei ROYAL NAILS SCHWERTE niemals passiert. Wünsche zu 100% umgesetzt, perfekte und exakte Nägel, die verwendeten Produkte sind top und ich fühle mich dort herzlich willkommen.
Keine Experimente mehr mit anderen Studios!
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Jeg fik ordnet negle på hænder og fødder. 10 min efter jeg havde forladt stedet og betalt (800,00), kunne jeg se at lakken på fingrene havde fået grimme ridser - jeg gik derop igen og fik fjernet hele molevitten og lavede en aftale om jeg kunne komme igen og få en gratis behandling. Det var jeg så idag, jeg refererede til tidligere problemer og jeg satte mig i stolen og fik lavet neglene. Da jeg gik ud af butikken i den tro at det var gratis ifølge aftale, kom en efter mig og sagde jeg skylde 400,00 kr for dagen behandling. Så dårlig service!!!! jeg komme ikke igen.

I had a lovely experience at Royal Nails Troon. The friendly staff welcomed me and my mum offering us drinks and snacks. My nails were done with great care and precision. I will be returning with my friends! Thank you 🩷

Website always down… “ we re expect high demand blah blah

I went for a pedicure and it is the worst one I have ever gotten anywhere. I was rushed . The color is smudged onto my toes. Plus I asked for a basic pedicure and was charged for a gel.
I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone

Dont goo!! Zooo slecht zoo vies zo onvriendelijk alleen maar praten in eigen taal. Ze willen iedereen tegelijkertijd behandelen. Alle spullen worden door iedereen gebruikt zonder te desinfecteren. Apparaten heel vies. Echt zonde van je geld

Ich kann hier einige Bewertungen auch nicht verstehen. Toller Laden, Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und die Ergebnisse immer Top👍👍😊. Preis- Leistung passt sehr gut.

I had acrylic infills and gel this morning. Within two hours the gel was wearing off at the tips. I telephoned them and told them they needed redoing and they said come in any time. No apologies for the inconvenience. I have just gone back in and they filed the tips down. I said I wanted them redoing and they told me to come back in two hours, which I can't do.

Great nails shop very flexible friendly technician, the nails are done to a very high standard they last a very long time with no breaking or chipping. Great value for money. Very happy.

Was disappointed due to cuticles in four of my fingers were cut short made them bleed. So my nails look as though I have cuts on my fingers. Sore.

Ich kann die 1sternchen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, ich bin seit guten 2 Jahren dort Kunde, bisher habe ich nix auszusetzen, sollte es mal nicht so sein wie ich es möchte, einfach nur den Mund aufmachen,
Ich bin zufrieden und bleibe dort

Ich war zum ersten Mal in dem Nagelstudio und bin begeistert.Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich,sehr nette Bedienung. Es werden schöne Nägel gezaubert in sehr kurzer Zeit. Die Preise sind auch super.
