My package was received exactly when I was told it would get to me and it came unharmed, in great condition. I’m super happy with the quality of my sunnies and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
They stole my photo and used generative AI to depict their product on the athlete... And I'm honestly just sort of confused about whether it's even a real company or not. Because all their imagery looks like generative AI, they have no contact information available online, 'info@' bounces, and they have messaging turned off on their social media...

Let's establish the facts here:
1. Email bouncing off - we recieved your email and we've already responded to it.
2. All imagery look AI - a. All posts from international events that our athletes have participated, and won, in have the original content creator tagged on them. All the photos can be found on their social accounts, with our sunglasses and our official accounts tagged on them. b. All social media video editing tools now use elements of AI. Anyone who has used something as simple as transitions on video editing apps would know the end result has AI encryption embedded in them.
3. Messages turned off on socials - we receive dozens of messages on socials every single day. Anyone can check this for themselves.
We're a 7-year-old brand trusted by thousands of customers, from weekend enthusiasts to athletes competing at the Ironman World Championships. Our sunglasses have been tagged in over 50,000 photos by customers around the world, many sharing their experiences and love for our eyewear.
Every year, dozens of marathon runners and Ironman athletes step onto podiums wearing our sunglasses, with their achievements documented across our social media channels. Our Instagram tagged photos section also offers a glimpse into our journey, with customer photos dating all the way back to early 2020.

Like I mentioned in it, your order was placed several months back when the company was under a different name and administration.
