Rug Merchant Avis 

I could not believe the quality of the rug I purchased for the price I paid and with free delivery as well. The rug arrived within 2 days of purchasing, it looks beautiful in my room and I would definitely use Rug Merchant again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They have such a good choice of rugs and I'm sure like I did you would find what you're looking for.

Helpful customer service: sent me swatches of the two colours I was interested in. Ordered both rugs. They arrived quickly. Good quality; good colour match. Very happy.

My experience dealing with Rug Merchant could initially have been better, rug ordered but not recieved within time period when chased was told there was a delay due to hold up coming into country in a container, money was refunded immediately. An E mail or call would have been appreciated. However rug reordered short time later and this time was informed that there was still a delay, happy to wait this time. Rug arrived eventually and is really really nice, great guality. Dispite above would buy again and would recommend to others.

I looked for a long while for a rug of this colour and style. Delivery was swift with no hassle. Also it's a great site to use so much choice that I will definitely buy others in the future.

Rug (Artic Red) was initially out of stock but we couldn't find anything as good, so went back and reordered. Well worth the wait, really good quality rug. We all love walking barefoot on it. Louise is very helpful and answers emails quickly. Minor inconvenience when the underlay wasn't sent out with the rug but overall still happy with everything

I shopped online to find a reasonably priced shaggy rug - I found Rugmaster and have ordered 2 rugs - they arrived within the week and are absolutely brilliant value - you would pay twice this price in most places ! I will be recommending Rugmaster.

WE browsed carpets and spotted one of a very wide range in size, pattern and colour. Fits perfectly in our small dining area and we are very pleased with our purchase. I've put the web page on my favorites list, we are bound to need another rug withing a year or two.
