I bought a rug a few weeks ago online . I chose my style and colour but once I ordered it I changed my mind on my colour choice . I emailed Rug merchant and they were happy to amend my order and got back to me within minutes of my email getting sent . The rugs I bought for my girls' bedrooms are absolutely stunning. The colours are vibrant and they are a nice, cheerful focus for the bedrooms. They're big enough for the girls to sit on while they play on an otherwise cold, hard wooden floor, and have had a number of compliments from visitors already! Will definitely use again!

They do not honour their offers when orders have been accepted. Told my Payment had been credited and that they would phone when back in stock. Still waiting for the call. Very disappointed. Trading Standards will be informed.

Circular rugs are hard to come by and although I did find a couple of cheaper ones the quality of this one looked better. When it arrived I was really pleased, it is a heavy weight rug which stays where it is put because of the weight. Thanks very much.

I have been looking for a rug for my teenage son's bedroom for a while but as I have purchased many other less expensive rugs in the past I wanted this one to last. The rug is fantastic quality, really thick 100% wool and very luxurious to touch. Together with the underlay, so the rug will not move around on the wooden floor, the rug looks amazing. Thanks to 'The Rug Merchant' for a super product at a very reasonable price , highly recommended to everyone out there!
