Completely disgusted with RunforAll
Completely disgusted with RunforAll. I entered the sheffield half marathon and due to the current Covid 19 situation it was postponed and rearranged for a later date. unfortunately the I am unavailable for the rearranged date due to a family wedding. I enquired about a refund to be told I would only receive 30% and informed I could transfer my entry to another event. Upon trying to transfer my entry I was informed it had to be for an event of same or less entry fee as they did not have the facility to take the payment to upgrade entry from half to full marathon.what a joke I have offered to pay difference but they won't allow it if your not going to allow refunds then at least be flexible in options .

We Don't Do Refunds!!!!
With the current Covid-19 crisis as we all know many events have been cancelled. Unfortunately one of these "postponed" events was the Leeds Half Marathon.
My family entered this via Run For All. The event has been postponed and we still have no date for the re-scheduled event.
Unlike other organisations across the globe Run for All are sticking to their Terms and Conditions and NOT refunding any entries. Which in light of the current crisis is totally ridiculous. From big to small organisations have had the decency to provide refunds but thot this one.
I know many of these RUN events have a no refund policy but I would have thought as the current crisis continues and actually taking part in such a mass event is probably impossible this year, refunds would be forthcoming but not with this organisation! I advise giving them and other such people a wide berth.
