I booked an appointment on 3 January 2022 for polygel infills and extensions of 2 broken nails because my trusted nail artist was away on a holiday. I travelled an hour and a half from North London to Greenwich. Alina was nice but the service was extremely poor. Every single nail had a different shape, the nail polish was forming bumps and the top coat was in bubbles. She damaged the skin near my cuticles and my nails looked awful. £70 thrown away. They absolutely denied the option for refund as their refund policy is only "if I choose to stop during the treatment" and said the only option would be to get a new set in their salon from another person. But why would I risk travelling 2 hours just to get my nails even more damaged?
I literally posted pictures on GoogleReviews in which you can visibly see the skin crust from damaging the skin and the uneven top coat, and they replied that it looks amazing.
My nails started lifting 1 week after the treatment. My natural nails cracked and 3 of them broke - nails that I hadn’t broken for over 2 years. I have been back to my trusted nail technician, she even pointed out air bubbles in the application and polygel all over my cuticles. After she fixed this tragedy none of my nails have broken for 2 months.

I went there to do my nails: I have healthy and strong nails since many years, went there for the first time for Christmas as I was looking for a saloon in Greenwich, 2 nails were half broken so we fixed them with gel, the day after one came off and had to go back, after another 24 hrs another came off and all the others got broken. Poor quality of gel and job done too quickly. Had to rush to another saloon and my nails are now shorter than my fingers and in terrible pain. Asked for refund, nothing! They insist I had to go back, but it was the 26/12 and I had to fix the broken nails urgently! Terrible!!!

The worst customer service ever . Unprofessional Mrs chaitali Bose the owner . Went as a model for nanoblading with my friend in March And paid £43 as she was learning . She did the worst job ever and color didn’t stay but she promised a retouch session for free, coz of pandemic we couldn’t go but when msg her in aug she totally back off her words . Called me cheap and nasty and said same words to my friend for me as I left a negative review on Facebook . I have taken screen shots of her unprofessional chat on WhatsApp . This lady license should be taken for the kind of language she uses . She backbites about customers to their relatives and friends and makes up stories . Please don’t waste your money typical Indian mind even after a decade of living in London . Such people should be educated first before opening a salon
