Creating something so personal and sometimes emotional can be difficult but I found the service to be very swift, friendly and polite. Our product was ready and delivered sooner than expected. The final product was well packaged for postage and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommend them.

Needing a memorial stone in remembrance of our daughter, my wife finally found Rustic Stone. We didn't care for the style of craftsmanship that we saw in the states, with the emphasis on polished and perfect. We wanted something... well... rustic. It also had to be slate, as this was our daughter’s favorite color. Rustic Stone turned out to be the best choice - even though it is "across the pond". The design tool on their website is a great help in getting that visual of what we could expect - and the Tolkien font was perfect, as we know our daughter enjoyed things of that style. Jeremy did not disappoint. Once we settled on the piece of slate that Jeremy had available, he went right to work. A short time later, the stone arrived, packed safely and securely, at our front door in California. The finished product is exactly for what we had hoped. Thanks again Jeremy. Well done!

It took quite a bit of surfing the net before I discovered Rustic Stone and I am so happy I did. The York stone plaque is now in a corner of the garden dedicated to our daughter and we are really happy with it, it looks beautiful and we would certainly recommend Jeremy and his company to anyone.

We live in France and wanted a slate wall plaque with an engraved Celtic cross as a momento for some friends who are returning to the UK. We eventually came across Rustic Stone. My wonderful husband of 17 years sadly died very suddenly a few months ago. After a few weeks I began the search for someone to make a fitting tribute. Searching online I found Rustic Stone, who seemed to provide just what I wanted, at a price I could afford. The children and I liked the online design tool, which enabled us to design our own memorial. We were quickly sent a mock up of our design and changed it a couple of times, which wasn't a problem. The customer service was superb and our wonderful memorial stone arrived a matter of days after we received the final mock up. The children and I are delighted with the end result. It is a little scary to order something of this size and investment, without seeing it! However, I need not have worried. Our house sign arrived, well protected, and complete with its hanging bracket, as previously arranged, and exactly as I requested. We are delighted with the result! He was a polydactyl meaning that he had 7 toes on each paw and could catch a ping pong ball with both 'hands'. He was sadly put to sleep as we cuddled him, after having a diabetic episode from which he didn't recover.
