Safestore - Holloway Road Avis 

They charge you without making any contract with them.avoid this company they steal your money

Scam company .I have done contact for one week which I haven’t used the space at all .they extend my contract without my permission now they are asking me to pay for more one week .thats so shame this company is scamming customers

Really friendly staff with a real can do attitude. Very organised and efficient.

When i arrived at Safestore to drop off my things, the staff behind the reception Steven, patiently guided me through each process and helped me with my stuff and left feeling happy with the service. Would highly reconmend safestore,Holloway.

If i could give ZERO stars this would qualify. The guy Stephen at Holloway road branch is extremely rude and abnoxious. Almost demonic, he clearly hates his job! Everytime you request or dispute anything he threatens to add late fees to your invoice and locks access to your unit. It’s absolutely insane how rude the entire team are at this site. The good team members just get bullied until they quit.
I wish Frederic Vecchioli would implement hidden site audits on how his brand is being represented. I will be making a formal complaint listing all the failures as their new customer and the stress and anxiety dealing with this incompetent site.

Do not trust them. They are lying to you, do not take any responsibilities of they lies. I lost all my belongings, they promised so many things but did not kept one of them. Storage was full of mold, moist, easy to steal items etc. AVOID. Top of that when you raise issue with them they block you so you can not contact them and they do not answer any of your emails.

DO NOT USE! Unit is wet (not dry like they advertise), not clean and safe (like they advertise). My belongings are destroyed because of wet and moist. BUT MOST SHOCKING IS THAT UNIT IS FULL OFF MICE AND ALL MY BELONGINGS ARE MORE OR LESS DESTROYED BY WET AND MOIST, MICE POOP, MICE BITES ETC. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! AVOID, IF YOU HAVE STORAGE UNIT HERE REMOVE YOUR ITEMS IMMEDIATELY

The staff were a real pleasure to deal with at Holloway. Fermin and Shiv in particular are warm, professional and super efficient but not pushy in their correspondence. Shiv pointed out all the ins and outs of the contract and what would be in my interest. Thanks all!

I needed to store my stuff for 3 weeks in between a house move. These guys were GREAT. It's in a a very convenient location right on Holloway Road. They were reasonably priced, especially with half price offer for the first 8 weeks. They were flexible when I changed the dates I would move my stuff. The staff were a real pleasure to deal with - polite , courteous and helpful. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Fermin and his staff give great service when you take out the contract right through until you clear your locker. My kit came home as dry and in good nick as when they went in, after over 3 years. I would recommend this facility unreservedly.
