Had two pairs of these and both fallen apart.

Bought a pair of boat shoes and you can just tell the quality and finish I would say is as good as you get for what I see is a good price, will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

I previously bought a pair of slippers / mules (indoor/outdoor) from Samuel Windsor and they lasted me about 8 years; they were like 'old friends' by the time I needed new ones, so I bought the exact same again in May this year.
On Sunday I noticed the welt stitching was going, so emailed them with a photograph, anticipating they might repair. Three hours later, on a Sunday evening (!) I had a response offering me a new pair. Absolutely outstanding service and I could not be more pleased - with the slippers or with such a brilliant response.

Wow, these shoes are excellent, price ,quality, promptness of delivery, fit perfectly, stylish. Went for the oxblood oxford shoes, so stylish, will definitely be buying more so impressed.

Several years ago, before the retirement of the original directors, I bought two pairs of mules (one pair brown, one black). Strong with good soles, they could be worn outdoors but I generally kept mine for indoor use. My feet somehow have morphed from size 10 to size 12 thus neccesitating buying a new pair. Like the old ones, these are supremely comfortable! Highly recommended.

I bought sandals from the Fleetwood store and I would like to praise the friendliness of the staff and in particular Anne S she was also extremely helpful when finding a fault by getting it sorted efficiently

I am quite new to buying leather shoes and found Samuel Windsor online. I was extremely happy with the quality and was able to buy them on a good sale so decently priced. This is the second time that I have brought shoes from Samuel Windsor. This time I accidentally requested the wrong size. Within 5 minutes of notifying them and requesting a size change, they had emailed me to inform that they had actioned this request.
Previously I found their Ordering process easy and delivery was quick.
I will defiantly be using them again and I do recommend them.

I wanted to go to the bother of writing a review here to show my appreciation. I bought some slippers, excellent quality and price. What impressed me most was the service, arrived within 2 days of ordering, and because I needed a bigger size (my fault) they were returned Monday and the new ones with me by Thursday. A ray of sunshine where there is so much 'can't be bothered' in online shopping.

I have been buying SW shoes since 2003 when they first started and I am still a regular customer. I wear a formal suit and shoes everyday for work and have always been delighted with their products and customer service. I have recommended them to many of my colleagues who have become firm customers of SW. The price is well worth it for the Qualiy especially for the all leather shoes. My only disappointment has been the discontinuation of their all leather Chelsea boots in plain and suede.

Look - you need to be realistic. They sell Chelsea boots for £49.00 in leather with a Goodyear welted sole. However, a repair will cost more than boot so not worth it. The leather is cheap and cracks after a year, but hey, for £49 they only need to last a year, so excellent value. Had 3 pairs all delivered promptly. Normal shoes from them aren’t so great. Otherwise great value for money

Every single pair of shoes I have bought recently from Samuel Windsor has developed a 'squeak' in one or both shoes. I now have 7 pairs of squeaky shoes all from the same company - no other shoe maker has developed this problem so it must be down to faulty workmanship. It certainly isn't a marketing device.

I’m sure many others were dubious of these shoes as I was before I ordered them. How can they sell a pair of handmade, Italian calf leather, Goodyear welted shoes for so cheap?

I purchased the Brunel Oxfords and I’m totally blown away by how good they are. I can’t believe shoes this good are available for £60. For £50 you would get a fake leather glued sole pair from Next that look cheap. These look and feel like a pair of Crockett & Jones for a tenth of the price. I’m absolutely over the moon with them and will definitely be ordering more.

I ordered a pair of shoes, got the been dispatched to royal mail email, more than a week later got an email saying you have been refunded, no explanation, apology, nothing, wait up to ten days for refund but still charging me 5 pound delivery, so no shoes and 5 pound out of pocket and still waiting for refund. I emailed them and got no reply, do not use, disgusting service all round, 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
