The staff has been very supportive since the day I started with them. I have receive so much support from my consultant and even the admin allocated to collect all of stuff.

In fact all the team are great Bethany, Maria, Katie and the after hours team as well. Scrub top is provided for uniform, as well as name badge. The Deputy app is user friendly with selection of available shifts, to adding your availability, monitoring your timesheets. Great hourly rates and weekly pay, plus super, laundry allowance. Easy to track your upcoming shifts on the app, with shift details including address, facility info and location - which you can click apple or google maps that will direct you to the location - super easy. Great experience!

Worst company to get registered with
I previously left a positive review because I believed their lies.
I done everything in a timely manner everything they asked for I provided effectively as they promised me work in my area.
Then Alex the manager told me they gave the shifts to another candidate who’s been registered “quicker” than me.
An awful waste of time and money from my side having to go to all training sessions and being so willing to work with them.
Jack been very reluctant to get back to me regarding shifts unless I chased up nothing was communicated.
For shame !!!!

I have had a really positive experience…
I have had a really positive experience with this agency. They have been extremely supportive and helpful from the beginning, whether it’s been queries about pay, shifts, or anything else I’ve needed assistance with.
There are plenty of hours available, and communication is excellent. The team are very informative, approachable and always happy to help when I have a question or need clarification.
I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable work and a supportive team.

I have been contracted as an agency worker with Sanctuary agency, they are very supportive and always be there to provide which ever support is possible.
They always paid on time, the ensure that I am up to date with my mandatory training.
I got very good support from my clinical lead when needed.

The consultant is very good and helpful. His informations were helpful and he is a good listener. The compliance section needs some improvement around communication skills as it appears like copy and paste with repetition.
