I am absolutely blown away by my purchase of four coats from Santinni.
The fabric quality is completely unmatched. Crafted with incredibly premium materials, each piece feels beautifully luxurious and heavy, providing deep, cozy warmth against the winter cold. The structure and tailoring are perfection—every single stitch reflects a masterful level of craftsmanship.
Beyond the extraordinary garments, the customer service was stellar. They made the entire experience seamless and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled beautifully. My daughter has an amazing Santinni coat and dress, and she looks absolutely perfect in both! The quality is excellent, the material is beautiful and feels really nice, and the sizes are true to size. Delivery was also very fast. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality clothes. We will definitely be ordering again! ❤️

I purchased a couple of coats (Monroe and Starlet) and some jeweller for my partner from Santinni, super happy with the entire process and would definitely shop there again very soon. I have ordered the coat Sunset Boulevard in the colour Camello and it’s a very beautiful, elegant and classy coat and absolutely worth the price. The buttons close nicely and it’s very suitable. The length also is exactly the same as presented on the site. It’s not too long and sits perfectly above the ankles. I love the tailoring. Thank you so much Santinni London! I Surely will be back.

I love love love this brand! One of my favorites. I've been a fan of Santinni since around 2020. I visited the showroom in London and it was such a unique and wonderful experience. The level of quality and thought behind every item is insane, I was so impressed! I also had the pleasure of meeting Nikoleta, the founder, who is even more charming in person. Both she and her whole team really cared that my experience would be nothing short of perfect.

I had 2 custom orders made by Santinni and I absolutely love them! Shreya made the whole custom design process so easy I had complete confidence that my custom orders were going to be amazing - and they were! I will definitely be ordering more in different colours.

Santinni is a wonderful clothing brand that captures something that few other mass market brands do which is the spirit of elegance and grace with a team that clearly as passionate about the clothing as the designer themselves. I buy designer brands and also high street brands...but most are soul less, and in an era of fast fashion, its rare to find a family run business that cares not only about making good quality products but also about the people that wear them. I am especially loyal to those that go the extra mile to make sure you have a positive experience. As a busy executive, i dont have time to go to shops and make returns. I had a problem with some jackets that i ordered where the sizing had changed and it no longer fit. Santinni was not only responsive but went above and beyond to make sure i had a wonderful experience, really listened to my needs and made sure from start to finish that the exchanged jackets really met my needs (which they did!) I was so delighted. The clothes also arrive in these amazingly gorgeous very durable, distinctive high quality pink boxes that i keep for storage and also my cats love to play with them. My place is now full of them! I highly recommend the clothing for not only beautiful clothes that exude gracefrom a bygone era, but also the team that show they care genuinely. I already put in my next order!

Design is great. Quality medium. Customer service is poor

I’ve had such a fantastic experience with Santinni London. The quality of their clothing is truly exceptional, especially for the price point — everything feels beautifully made and looks far more expensive than it is.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and after emailing for help, their customer service went above and beyond. They asked for my measurements and actually sent me two additional coats to try so I could find the perfect fit. They also easily talked me through arranging a DPD pickup for the returns, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

Shreya from customer service was incredible. When I mentioned I needed the coat for an upcoming event, she moved very quickly to make sure I had the right piece in the right size in time. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and very much appreciated.

I always get so many compliments whenever I wear any of their items, and this experience has made me an even bigger fan. Exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and a genuinely thoughtful team — I couldn’t recommend Santinni London more highly.

Beware EU customers! Everything is “Made In China” but all shipping is from the UK.

The EU will charge you around 40% in import taxes, and if you choose refund, they will charge you for shipping twice around 100 EUR x2 so that is 200 EUR!

Also, if you need to change size, you will pay the same tax again.

Santinni does not consider this to be their problem, they keep saying it has nothing to do with them. But it has everything to do with them, and they should take responsibility for doing business like this.

They are totally irresponsible, and do not care about their customers.

I have purchased from Santinni on three different occasions, and without hesitation, I can say it has been one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

To start with the products, they are simply stunning. Every piece is beautifully designed, with an incredible level of attention to detail. The coats are not only elegant and luxurious, but also wonderfully warm and practical. The hats are exquisite and fit perfectly, staying securely in place thanks to clever, discreet clips similar to hair extensions. Everything feels thoughtfully made and truly special.

What completely won me over, though, is Santinni’s exceptional customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with the team has been outstanding. Whether I was asking for sizing advice or general guidance, I always came away feeling listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for. On one occasion, I purchased a coat just two hours before a discount code was released. I reached out to customer services, and they immediately honoured the discount and refunded the difference, with no hesitation, just kindness and professionalism.

When ordering my second coat, I was torn between two sizes. I was invited to their London showroom to try both and any others I wanted, to make sure I chose the perfect one. I was given their full attention and thoughtful advice on all possible options, including tailoring and alternative solutions. The entire experience was warm, personal, and made me feel incredibly valued as a customer.

Most recently, I ordered a hat for a special occasion over the Christmas period, when the store was closed. Once again, Santinni went above and beyond. I was offered the option to collect directly from the warehouse to avoid delivery delays. The delivery fee was refunded, and my order was waiting for me, beautifully packaged and ready to go. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture.

Every single person I’ve interacted with at Santinni has been kind, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is a brand that truly cares about its customers, and it shows in every detail. I feel incredibly loyal to Santinni and have no doubt I will continue returning again and again.

Santinni is the perfect place to buy luxurious coats in the old money style. I purchased the "Starlet" coat from Santinni. The pieces are beautifully crafted, soft and give off the exact vibe it is supposed to carry.
The delivery to Austria was quick (2 days) and even the customs clearance was done in less than a day. I was in contact with Shreya for a while and she was soso helpful and kind, just as the owner Nikoleta! They are working hard and are very costumer-oriented.
I cannot understand the negative feedback at all, especially those that complained they didnt get their custom fees refunded. Those are not refunded by the company, you have to reach out to your customs/postal office as they are the ones processing it. Importing non-EU shipments are the customers responsibility, I am rather astonished that this does not appear self-evident to some.

I have to have my coats custom made as I like a shorter jacket and certain sleeve length. I am now onto my 3rd timeless elegance piece and about to purchase another. The quality and workmanship excels and are truly lifetime gems. The whole purchasing experience is as expected from very professional personnel.

I just received my first coat from Santinni - I bought the sunset boulevard in black. It is so stunning! The quality of materials, the way the coat sits - all very luxurious. I know £595 is not cheap, however, it feels like a £2,000 purchase.

The coat is beautiful and warm, but I simply don’t understand their business practice. It’s as if they want to dissuade international customers from purchasing. At this price point, most brands cover duties and customs, but I was of course hit with a 180€ customs and import fee. On top of that, the UK price in pounds includes sales tax - and that’s the price that they converted into euros. So I paid the exact price in euros tha someone in the UK would pay, despite tax not being included in my price just to turn around and pay EU tax when it arrived. With shipping, my 460 euro coat became 700 euros. It’s a cute coat - but not sure if it is 700 euros cute. It better hold up until I die.
