Ordered a Ninja Foodi dualzone 9.5l air fryer. Price was ok considering literally everywhere else was sold out.

Then read the reviews on this site and genuinely panicked that I'd been scammed.

Air fryer arrived today, 4 days late, but in full working order and brand new out of the box.

Glad I had some faith!

Used this company to purchase a Ninja Air Fryer.
After placing my order and receiving the first email I didn’t hear anything for a few days. I then read reviews on here and began to panic. I then re read the initial email which stated please allow 7 to 10 working days before contacting the company. I received my delivery email on day 6 and my product arrived on day 7.
The product was exactly what I ordered at a very competitive price. Was surprised actually how fast I received this product as they are sold out with many large companies.

Ordered xbox series x 25th November 2022 and it arrived 14 December 2022, so far so good. Until we realised it was faulty as it kept switching itself off constantly. Emailed from 22nd December asking to return for a refund, no response. Sent it back ourselves 11th January 2023 but despite proof of receipt still no refund as of 18th February 2023. Wish I had seen these reviews but not giving up…small claims court here we come.

Genuine criminals.

They forge delivery reciepts if you try dispute it with your bank after they refuse to deliver the product.

Run for the hills.

The communication and customer service I received from SantSolutions would leave me with no hesitation to use them again. Definitely recommend.

If I could give these scamming scumbags a minus 5 I would. Easy to take your order but not willing to refund your money when they don’t deliver. I wonder how many people give up, maybe that’s why they’re still at it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

These people areABSOLUTE THEIVES! I ordered a ps5 and swiftly cancelled the order. They promised a refund after I hounded them with emails messeges and texts and calls. The refund never came. I had to open a dispute with my bank in which case they then fabricated a a mailed receipt and stole the money from me right under my nose! Disgusting scumbags do not buy from here!!!!!!!!

This company is a fraud. I ordered a Ninja air fryer, it never came, multiple emails saying it would come. Ultimately I contacted my card company to contest. Unbelievably they fabricated emails and a dummy Royal Mail postal order to make up delivery evidence.

ordered a ninja air fryer very over priced at the time!!! - heard nothing for a month - emailed a complaint, apologised said they would like to get order out within the wk - nothing - I emailed asking for refund - nothing and no phone no. to speak to anyone. Pissed off!!

I ordered a product that is really hard to get atm and was nervous of the reviews I read. I received my airfrier after 4 days of ordering, in perfect condition, sealed and at a competitive price. Absolutely delighted and would use Sant Solutions again.

Problems with delivery which were not the companys fault but they made sure ordered was recieved by christmas. Customer serive was excellent. Would recommend

I had the best experience on this website while purchasing goods I required for Christmas. The product wasn't faulty, came on time (even tough there are strikes out there) and good after customer care service by a follow up phone call. I know the website has bad reviews and every customer experience is different to their own I believe so. Hence I tried them out for the first time and my order was on time and sometimes you have no control on deliveries out there who are the third party and also stock issues that are always in demand. I would definitely recommend SantSolutions :D

I bought PS5 for my sons birthday on 18th December from Argos and ordered Sony DualSense PS5 Wireless Controller - Starlight Blue from santsolutions on 11th December. PS5 arrived on time for my sons birthday and Its Christmas eve and still order is pending.

Well I’d say this company are a bunch of scammers I paid 1600.00 on 1.12.2022 for a order that was supposed to be delivered within 6 days they promised continued tracking updates and never provided any excuse after excuse this is clearly fraud and have contacted the police my advice do not have anything whatsoever to do with this company

Update the company over the weekend state I have been refunded I have asked for proof nothings been forthcoming no refund

It’s a complete scam,

Bought an echo literally over a month ago.

Had bs replies of, ‘sorry it will be with you next week.’ .. over and over. Then had an email from someone called ‘Raph’ .. and nothing since.

Save your effort and money and go somewhere else

Update: STILL NO ECHO, so they’ve just robbed me basically.

The response from the support email was swift and correct and Ralph is up against the expectations of instant Amazon deliveries so be patient and all is good!

I bought an Xbox Series X for £30 less than anywhere else and despite the Royal Mail strikes received it in less than 2.5 weeks.

After placing my order and receiving notification that they have received my order which was for a PS5 bundle. I read the reviews on here then thought I made a big mistake and was a scam from other reviews.

Well I have had nothing but good communication with Ralph, despite all the disruption. We made arrangements for me to collect. We was in contact via email on the process of my order. I am happy with the service and my order.
