Don't waste time and money...ps5 never arrived now waiting for refund.

Never delivered the PS5. when i issued a charge back they sent fraudulent correspondence to CC company saying i received, and then I responded to them saying thank you for delivery. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! SCAMMERS!

Seem to be an illegitimate outfit.
Requested a refund on a PS5 and it’s never been paid. Appear more than happy to take money, but giving it back not so easy, please do not use.

5 star ps5 was delivered when they said it would be no issue with tracking… They even contacted me to tell me when I will receive it .. Will definitely be buying from this company again Gonna have one happy birthday boy thank you santsolutions

Bought a ninja air fryer as £10 cheaper than most. It said would be delivered in about 7-10 days. After reading reviews I got concerned at day 5 so emailed the company as order was still marked pending. Had a very polite email the same day and air fryer was delivered the following day. I think it’s a small company so takes a little extra time to be delivered. If your happy with that then I would recommend

I ordered a PS5 from Sant Solutions for my son's birthday a couple of weeks before I needed it. The order went through fine and I was advised shipping would be in 5-7 days but then I didn't hear anything. A day before my son's birthday I chased them and they delivered to me the very next day.
Sant Solutions is not a scam at all but they do need to improve their shipping communication to customers. When I did chase Ralph did everything he could to get the item to me and I got it just in time. It was sent via royal mail and I was able to track it easily. I spoke to Ralph who was very polite in all my dealings and I think went over and above to get the item to me once he knew it was for my son. Don't avoid this business, I did get a much better deal than amazon and the product arrived correctly packaged and is exactly what we ordered. I would advise customers to email post ordering to make sure you let them know when you need it to ensure you don't have to chase. Overall thank you Sant Solutions you really made my boy (and me) v happy!

Avoid buying from this company. Not only did it take months for the PS5 to be delivered, but they then messed me around on delivery, wasting 2 days of my time that I had to take off work. Their customer service is even worse; they do not care or follow through on their promises. They offered to send a charging station for the PS5 controllers but never did. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE - AVOID!

I want to buy a Ninja airfryer grill which cost £149 everywhere from Amazon to John Lewis but only £139 from SantSolutions. So I checked this company on Trustpilot and found reviews were either glowing or terrible. Does that mean the glowing reviews are fakes to counteract the terrible reviews? I don’t understand why anyone would choose a company with so many awful reviews over the safety of Amazon just to save £10?

This is a true and honest review of my experience with SantSolutions.
After reading many reviews of this company, many good, many bad and some in-between I decided to order a Ninja 15-1 Air Fryer mainly because the price was £50 below everybody else, the expected delivery date was 7-10 days from when the order was placed, so far so good. Wanting to double check everything was OK I got in touch via a mobile number-not a good sign I thought-I prefer a landline, secondly my call went to a voicemail, not a good start. But after about 20 minutes a really polite and articulate young man dealt with my enquiry very efficiently. The item arrived within the expected time frame and I couldn't be happier.
I would definitely recommend SantSolutions.

Ordered the Ninja BBQ Woodfire. They said 10 days for delivery. As it didn't arrive I sent them an email and received the item first thing the next day. Fantastico.

I bought a Ninja Woodfire BBQ at a great price. My order was delivered using Royal Mail’s guaranteed before 1pm delivery service on day 7 of the 7-10 day estimated delivery time. An email query I’d sent prior to delivery was responded to courteously and quickly.

I’m very pleased with the product and service and would definitely use this firm again.

Took less than a week for my shark to be delivered 🙌 they sent wrong color I emailed them and they arranged for it to be collected and they delivered the correct one the next day, really happy

Ordered a ninja airfryer, after the confirmation email, didn't hear anything, saw the bad reviews, thought ide lost my money, it landed 11 days later. REALLY CHUFFED, it was a great price.. I think they need to work on communication 🙂👍

I ordered an xbox series S for my Grandsons birthday. I ordered it in plenty of time and had the dispatch notice the week before. But when I checked Royal Mail Tracking they hadn't received the parcel.
I emailed Sant solutions late Friday to question this as it was my Grandsons birthdays on the Sunday. I received a telephone call from them on Saturday morning apologising for the problem and to bear with them they would do their best to make sure my Grandsons got their xbox. I didn't hold out much hope, who delivers on a Sunday to Cornwall?
Sunday afternoon the xbox arrived special named day delivery and a better bundle than I had ordered! I am so grateful that they went over and beyond to make sure my Grandsons birthday wasn't ruined and clearly at expense to themselves. Thank you again.

SCAM! STOLE MY MONEY AND LIED TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! Avoid like the plague. All the positive reviews on here are fake.
