Excellent value for money, comes with Win 7 Pro, Win 8.1 or upgrade to Win 10 Pro. The spec failed to mention it even comes with keyboard and mouse!

Product as described, fantastic price, arrived next day.
Couldn't ask for more.

I have dealt wioth Saverstore for a number of years, although my purchases are quite small. It appears that the size of orders does not matter too greatly, it's that you order that you are given a first class service. I would reccomend this company to anyone and everyone.

I purchased a Asus Zenpad S 8 form Savarstore only to find to was not same specification as advertised.
Savastore offered an external up grade for free but agreed a full refund on returning the tablet.
On further investigation it seems Savastore had used Asus standard descriptions which can very at best inconsistent.
Staff and customers very helpful so would recommend even if I ended up with a refund.

After making a mistake on the website with the quantity of an item, the representative that dealt with my phonecall did so very professionally, and increasing the order quantity was no problem at all. Thoroughly recommend them!

I was somewhat sceptical when saverstore had a item at just over half the price of other suppliers but the goods were delivered quickly and worked perfectly

I placed an order on Wednesday morning with Saverstore against my better judgement. If it's too good to be true it usually is.

I was looking for a Samsung TV and as another well known company were out of stock I decided to use the Google function. I came across Saverstore advertising an £80 saving than that of another well known company for a 3 working day delivery time. Bargain I thought.

So it gets to Thursday and my suspicion first arises when my order is still being processed even though the money had already been taken. I called their customer service number(Not an actual customer services number as the don't have one) after have 0 joy with the website and spoke to Chris. He told me that the website had not updated but the item had been shipped out to me on the Wednesday evening for Monday delivery (along with 21 other units to customers) and he would have a tracking number for me Friday and would email me.

So it gets to today and I call Saverstore after receiving no tracking number or the website updating. (My order was still in processing)

I was told Chris was on lunch but he would call me back. I then received a phone call back to say, you guessed it, there has been a slight hiccup. Apparently Saverstore have received 21 units of the wrong size TV from Samsung so they would not be meeting their 3 day delivery.

It's funny how they have gone from being delivered directly to me on the Wednesday to them receiving wrong units on Friday. A downright lie and maybe they should get their stories straight before lying to customers.

As a previous poster has said. They advertise low prices to drive traffic to their website knowing full well they can't complete the order in the allotted time and using any excuse to keep your money whilst the source the stock once enough orders have been received. They are not the only company out there to do this.

I advise you not to use this company as like me you will probably regret it.

The wrong item was delivered with a note saying the item I wanted was out of stock. It was a bit embarrassing as I'd sent the pan as a gift.

No problems. Light packaging perfectly adequate for normal mail delivery. Received in a few days with several postings indicating status or order.

some items took 3 days longer even though I paid more for next day delivery. I was never informed that some items were not in stock and there would be a delay. online tracking feature did not work, you have to send emails and hope for replies. there is no telephone number visible on their website, i am sure this is not legal?

Thai item was cheaper here than on other sites and arrived very quickly , very impressed .
