Scamp & Dude Avis 

A friend of mine recommended Scamp & Dude to me, hadn't really heard of them but LOVED the items she has been wearing. Visited the Cheshire Oaks outlet and what an experience, so sad to see this is shutting but am planning a visit to the Marlow store for a weekend away. Great choice, great quality, sizing was great, couldn't recommend enough. The staff were also extremely helpful and polite and welcomed me to the duding world! xx

Purchased the leopard print dress. First purchase and likely to be the last. Odd sizing … elastic very tight on sleeves compared to dress size. Material looked cheap and overpriced. Not very flattering ….
Sent two items in error then had to separately deal with return of both.
Had to call customer service 4 days after item was returned to chase refund. Customer service was polite and assured me refund will be processed however 7 days later after return and STILL waiting on refund ! Not ideal.
A lot of hassle and very time consuming.

I honestly could not fault Scamp and Dude in terms of the quality of their clothing or the customer services if you have an issue. The clothes are well made (sometimes the sizing can be a little generous) but if you have any issue’s whatsoever they are resolved promptly and with no quibble by their excellent customer service team. Buy with confidence and embrace the joy they this clothing brand provides.

I purchased Neon Pink Organic Cotton Quilted Lightning Bolt Oversized Bomber Jacket from Scamp & Dude. I love the quality of the jacket!! 💖 The communication was extremely smooth as well, they answered my questions in minutes via email after my purchase. When it comes to delivery, honestly I was expecting it to take at least a week or two to arrive, considering it was international shipping from the UK to The Netherlands. Surprisingly I was well informed about the delivery schedule, and it took only two days! I am so happy with my purchase.

I love the dress that I ordered from Scamp & Dude, it’s very flattering for a lady in her 50’s. I did have an issue with delivery but I cannot thank the customer service team enough for their help and quick response to resolve the problem.

From start to finish Scamp &Dude were fabulous - I ordered a dress but with it arrived wasn't quite right. I opted for a gift card as knew I wanted to order another . Time was against me and after contacting them we agreed to change to a refund and ordered another dress and they refunded the postage
Nothing is too much trouble. The dress was perfect!

Oh my ! First time purchasing from this company… expensive but what lovely quality and fit bought size 12 hoodie and matching cosy joggers.. can’t take them off!

I have bought from Scamp and Dude for last few years. I was disappointed with the Customer Care I received today. I won’t be rushing to buy again from the company. I have lost faith after a pair of joggers I hardly worn material disintegrated. I bought 12 months ago and they wouldn't do anything as the returns and faults are only valid for 6 months. I've spent a lot of money with this company and you are definitely not valued.

I had issues with a bag that was brought for my birthday in August last year, it had started to rip on the bottom. Amy was brilliant I decided for a gift card instead of a replacement, sent the bag back and same day gift card issued ☺️

Love S&D the ethos of the company is amazing may long it continue

Contacted customer services as I had missed the expiry of a gift voucher by 2 days through my own error in dates. They extended the voucher by 5 days, allowing me to order. Customer services were prompt in their replies and super attentive.

I have received wonderful customer service after contacting them via email. I had a faulty zip on a makeup bag but the store I bought it from had shut down plus I had no receipt. They couldn’t have been more helpful and found my order number sent me a label to return the bag and have posted a replacement all within a couple of days. First time ordering from S&D. Ordered an expensive Parker in size 22 which was easily an 18/20. Would have to drop 2 dress sizes to wear. At the same time I purchased a dress, also size 22. Wow this was the complete opposite of the coat…. Would have to go up 2 dress sizes for it to fit.

Arranged return & was extremely disappointed to have to pay £3.95 to return garments that are clearly way out west on sizing.

Have to say this has completely put me off ordering from S&D again. It’s like dangling a carrot…look what you could be wearing. They need to sort this out. I’ve paid £3.95 and literally have nothing to show for it.
