Scarlett & Jo Avis 

Just received my dress, it's beautiful, love the design,colour, cut and fit, bought to wear for wedding. Easy to order, track and delivered within the timeframe stated.

I was dithering with buying a dress from Scarlett and Jo for an upcoming wedding and 4 days before the big day, and having bought numerous dresses elsewhere (much to my husband's exasperation), I decided to order and paid for 24hr tracked delivery.
I was a bit worried that I'd left it too late and emailed Scarlett and Jo to check if it would arrive on time.
What brilliant customer service. They said they would speak to the warehouse and sure enough my dress arrived as promised the next day and I am SO pleased with it. It knocks all the other dresses I bought out of the park.
It's the first time I have used this company, but I'm really happy with the service and especially the product itself, so would happily recommend based on my experience.

Nice dresses but poor service. Don’t know why they charge more for 24hr delivery when they can just choose to send it a week after ordering anyway, didn’t even receive it 24hrs after dispatch and they didn’t even refund for this extra cost after the customer (me) pointed it out (a whole refund offered instead, which is poor when I still wanted my item, but wanted the service I paid extra for refunded instead).

I have purchased multiple things from this website and cannot fault them. The dresses are always perfect, generous sizes and the delivery is always on time. They have thought of everything, even down to how they present the products they are sending to you. Couldn't recommend them any more than I do! I My favourite place to buy clothes.

A friend had issues with a return. Scarlett and Jo did not exchange an item as requested and it took numerous emails to finally get an answer that the item returned was damaged. They refused to specify what this damage was and their comments have been sarcastic and unprofessional. When we tried to highlight this on their Facebook page the post (with 46 comments) was deleted. As a customer service professional myself I highlighted areas where I thought they could improve and invited the company to talk with me about improvements. They tagged me in a reply then deleted the post before I could even read their response! I have screen shots of all the correspondence and am apalled that a company could be so underhanded and unprofessional. If I had behaved the way their representatives have I would have been fired on the spot! Unsubstantiated claims of damage, rude replies, no named representative on email communication and deleting of public comments are not the actions of an open and honest company. I have resorted to this review as they are unable to delete this and further hide their behaviour. I hope that they learn from this experience and treat their customers with dignity and respect going forward.
*Update - a second post on their Facebook wall asking why the post was deleted has also been deleted. They are determined to ignore and to hide instead of dealing with people's concerns.
