Slow service, poor quality, and expensive for what was provided. I would not recommend this company.

Tried calling several times, due to not being able to access our childs photo. To be told, that we have to delete cookies, tried several phones, laptops, and still can't gain access. Rang them several times After doing this, still couldn't gain access to our daughter's photos. We rang again this morning to be told the labs are looking into this, we need to order them before this Friday, been chasing for over a week now. Even rang the school to be told they can't help. Why can they not just send us the proof in the post????

Image of class was 50% wall and floor, images of children so small could not recognise our little one at first. Don't mind paying their high prices if quality good. Will be suggesting school uses alternative business in future.

Photos are often out of focus and far too expensive. Also, they use a plain white background which inhibits natural colours. Where is the creativity in that?

They are over priced - that is to be expected I suppose but it is the quality of the "poses". My kinds look unnatural and their hair is all over the place. Literally they could have just asked her to put her hair band back on, instead it looks like someone else has done it. They don't look like my kids! Really awful.

Photos never arrived and when I contacted them they told me that it’s my problem? Avoid

Disgusting and disappointing service. Un proportionate pricing of products and terrible customer service. Unclear information on the site to advise on what is being purchased. Quick to take money but not willing to refund. Stay clear of these scammers. Just unfortunate they have you sucked in with the images of your children!

After a full school retake, due to complaints, the photos are still terrible. They’re very unnatural and forced, I’ve never seen my children ‘smile’ in such an unnatural way. The handful of different photographers we had from this company all lacked the ability to get children to laugh and look naturally happy.

School photo looks like a passport photo, no background like with all other companies. The purchasing options are awful at silly prices and no desk size available!!
Feedback has been provided to the school and hope they are never used again.

Very clever in their pricing to make you spend more as the single photo prices are a joke. Consumers just want to buy a school photo and these lot make you buy loads to get some sort of value for money. No background for school photos either, looks like a passport photo!

This company creates "group" school photographs by merging a series of smaller photographs. Unfortunately this process is far from seamless and the end result is seriously lacking.

For example, they tried to insert a row of children in between two rows of adults where there was clearly no space. To make them fit the children were scaled down to ridiculous proportions giving the impression of a grotesque ventriloquist act.

The entire picture looks unrealistic and is of really poor quality. There are at least three children that might be mine and due to the quality of the picture it is impossible to tell them apart.

This is the only school photograph that I have ever regretted buying. Best avoided.
