I ordered an all season 4.5 & 9 tog duvet pair in 2023. Only this summer did l need the 4.5. I went to take it out of the storage back and discovered it too was a 9tog. I contacted Scooms and they replied immediately. They sent me a prepaid return label and then sent a correct one by return of post. I then realised my 9tog wouldn’t for in the new 4.5 tog storage bag. I contacted them again and they sent an extra storage bag. Absolutely incredible customer service.
I am still happy with my duvet bought in 2023 and the 4.5 tog summer one is just perfect.

Got 3 duvets from them. All are most comfortable duvets i ever had and i certainly appreciate it that they produce them in the most humane way possible in this scenario (the feathers are a by product of the birds slaughtered for meat if i understood correctly).

Bought a king size firm scooms pillow. It's fantastic! Other brand's pillows were flat and underfilled which was why I bought the firm pillow. It stays firm and supports my head well. I also love the silk pillow case which is so smooth and also looks very fancy. 100% recommend for those who want a really comfy pillow.

We are delighted with our elegant ivory silk eye mask and matching silk pillow slips. Having tried many eye masks before, none have matched the softness and comfort of the Scooms products, which have enhanced the quality of our sleep. We now tussle to use the mask, so will be ordering more for the family. Superior quality products, presented in gorgeous packaging, is all part and parcel of the Scooms purchase experience. I had been getting a lot of neck and shoulder pain so I decided to invest in a quality pillow. I ordered the soft/medium pillow from Scooms website and it has been absolutely life-changing! After a few nights, I noticed a reduction in neck/shoulder pain. The pillow is soft but provides enough support. Unlike my previous pillows that would flatten out, this one stays consistently comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Read the small print carefully. I recently bought four pillows, two soft/medium and two firm. When I wrote that the firm weren't suitable and the soft/medium are hard and unforgiving, I got instructions on how to use and care for them. I'm 66, and know exactly what to do with pillows, and it's very strange that these are the first I have ever found to be uncomfortable, the first I have felt the need to return.
I did remove the protector (I've ALWAYS used them) and replaced with an extra loose pillowcase etc, but still it's on the floor and I'm back to my hotel brand pillow before long. The firm will never be used and apparently discounted items are not returnable, not even for an exchange. Surely if they are good enough to sell to me they are good enough to return? I've been a good customer, was willing to buy more products if suitable, and expected better, so have asked to be removed from the mailing list and won't be visiting the site again. It seems they are happy as long as you are praising them, but won't accept any criticism or acknowledge any faults.

Order SCO23044 On opening the protector appears very good quality cotton if a little stiff. After washing still stiff. Under a sheet, it feels like an uncomfortable body massage. The fill does not sit flatly. The small stitched diamonds probably make the puckering feel worse. Not covered by the 60 day sleep trial. It is not "bedding". I can see why. The company are sorry I don't like it and hope I can use it for something. Landfill unfortunately 😕

I purchased a pillow on the 16th December 2022 for £80.00. I liked it so much I bought another one on the 14th February 2023. I also bought the summer and winter anti-allergen for duvet at a cost of £470 on the 16th of December 2022 I have been thrilled to bits with the duvet. It is fantastic and well worth the price. July of this year I needed to contact customer service as both of my pillows, despite being professionally cleaned, had started having feathers coming out of them, so in other words they are no longer hypoallergenic. I am a very very bad asthmatic and I have been waking up having asthma attack attacks. I was told by Scooms that they are suitable for mite allergies as the are no mite approved, but not suitable if one has a feather allergy! On the website it states that the pillows are wonderfully comfortable and supportive, as well as breathable and anti-allergy. When I purchased these, I spoke with somebody in customer service and explained about my asthma and they said that these products were completely fine for people with asthma. The pillows are now unusable, not just because of the fact that feathers are coming out but due to the fact that whatever I do to them all I can feel are feathers clumping. I have a tumble dryer at home and I have popped them through it on several occasions, as suggested by Scooms. I am now going to have to throw away these pillows. I would’ve thought that for. £80 each they would last for up to 5 years not just below two years. To be honest, I am furious. I do not have money to waste and I feel as though I have been conned.

I have waited until now to post, as I wanted to give Scooms time to help me. They have not.

I have now purchased 2 duvets from Scooms and am beyond impressed. The quality of the duvets themselves are amazing but the customer service is also fantastic. Both times the items have arrived less than 24 hours after ordering! I emailed to request some fasteners (you can join their duvets together) and the response was super fast and they came with my order. Really superb items and fantastic customer service!

We bought the all-season duvets and are using the summer one now. LOVE love love. Worth every single penny. And, they came really fast (I'm in Portugal).

I bought a 9.5 tog goose down king size duvet. It was expensive, but these types of duvets are and cheaper than The White Company (who’s same duvet ranks very highly but is more expensive and my experience with them was a disaster - will never shop there again). So chose Scooms for a comparable product. Oh my god, it is just lush. Soft, gorgeous, arrived in 2 days, comes in a great reusable zip up bag (I’m storing bed linen in mine). Fantastic product. Will def shop there again.

I came across Scooms purely by accident and what a fortuitous accident it was. I purchased a duvet, pillows and a full bed linen. I can say that Scooms provide top quality products and are backed by amazing customer service. I was shocked when I called and it was immediately answered by a human. The gentleman I spoke to was super helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
My only suggestion would be to slightly improve the quality of storage bags the products come in. I'd suggest this you'll no doubt need to store parts of your multi season duvet(s) in the warmer months.

In January 2019 I finally convinced myself to "invest" in a good quality duvet. After all, there are cheaper options out there (as well as much more expensive options too). I ordered an all seasons king which comprised a 4.5 and a 9.0 tog.

The first time it was used I realised that for many years I had "wasted" money on cheaper duvets which simply made me hot. The Scooms duvet keeps me warm and cosy, but somehow I never seem to overheat; but that's not what prompted me to write this review.

Recently, one of the fasteners that are used to join the two quilts together broke. Not a big deal after two and a half years of use, but it needed sorting. I emailed Scooms asking about buying replacement fasteners. I received a prompt and lovely reply offering to send a replacement set FOC.

I appreciate this is only a small thing, but it shows me they care about my experience with their product on an ongoing basis. How often in a similar situation does a supplier think about their revenue first and the customer second charging what seems like a lot for very little. For a relatively small cost to them, Scooms have earned my loyalty and recommendation simply by putting my needs first. That happens so rarely these days, but in my view is the way it always should be. Thank you Emily and Scooms.

The pillows are lovely, at a competitive price. The company was very good to deal with.
