Subscription service that is checked when you buy something from them. It gives you a ‘free trial’ and continues to charge you every month for unknown benefits. Their site literally says they just treat you better. Insanely hard to unsubscribe and they have a seemingly fake account/login service. It even tells you the order number ends with a -A when your order email starts with one. It’s like the scummiest scammer had a dev friend that agreed to be the scum of the earth with him.

I ordered an extra battery, but I never received it. I contacted the company 3 times by email and then 3 more times by phone. This last time they claimed I needed to provide some documentation about what I received. That was 6 weeks ago. How do I prove I didn't receive something?

Bought a vest last winter. Used it for a few months and everything was fine. Just started using it again it worked for one day and then stopped working. Called customer service and they refused to do anything for me. The warranty is only for one month and after that, you're on your own.

The jacket didn’t work, neither did the socks and glove. I cancelled the “subscription “ twice ! They billed me again months later. Horrible

Don't purchase anything from this company. They scam you into a monthly VIP Membership. Can't believe the Utah Attorney General has done nothing about this company

They are a scam company. Period

Only received part of the order and they will not get back to you at all on email or their instant answer site form.
I Should have googled them first and noticed all the scam content.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. A SCAM! Do not buy from them. They add charges and will not refund unrequested or unwanted offers. Their customer service offers NO support. Stay away or get burned.

horrible company, snaky little bastids snuck a subscription in under the guise of a free add on. Won;t do business with them again and will ensur no one else does either.

Bought their work gloves. They purport to be high quality, almost I destructible, and for $10 you can buy a lifetime replacement warrantee. They gloves are poorly made with weak stitching, and pleather finger surface that are easily penetrated. Several months ago I complained and was told to “send a video,” not “how can we make this right?” I thought I had received a partial refund but upon a closer look, I have been bilked an extra $24.13 each month which was never agreed upon. No idea what that was supposed to buy. I am thinking this constitutes some kind of fraud and will continue to follow up.
I suggest anyone victimized by this “company” make a complaint to the Attorney General of Utah. Their business address is an empty lot in Sandy, Ut.

I ordered a few products as Christmas gifts. The products arrived but the batteries did not work. I requested new batteries and it is September and I have not received them. It took me a few months to realize that they have been taking $24.13 out of my account every month in some sort of club I never signed up for. I am trying to get my money back from Amex - we will see

This company claims to work out of the US (Worthington), you think you receive quality goods for a normal price but in fact it's shipped from China and much to expensive. If you are lucky to receive your order check you Mastercard because they automatically make you a VIP customer and take a monthly charge +/_ 24$ from your account without your consent. You must block your card to stop monthly payments. DECEPTION + FRAUD

STAY AWAY! Total scam! Ordered a heated vest as a Christmas present and it is a joke! Somehow I started receiving monthly invoices and contacted my credit card company who put a block on their account and encouraged me to go on their website to cancel the VIP subscription (that I never signed up for), which I did and, now they are now trying to charge me under a new SCORCHED entity that I am now addressing!

Avoid at ALL costs. Total scam. They claim that I signed up for a VIP club and were charging my credit card every month. The setup is when you buy something the only option is to pay over time. By the time someone notices the recurring charges keep going it is too late.

Avoid this company!!! Very low quality products. Their sizing guide is very inaccurate. Vests not sewn together properly. Zippers are cheap. They give you a big hassle on returns and charge a 20% restocking fee. Their products were completely unusable!!

Ordered a vest and a coat. The sizes are not American sizes. Received the vest, which broke in February. Returned the long sleeve coat because the sizes were off. Returned it and never got the long sleeve coat exchange or a refund. Someone lost the coat, post office says it's the company, the company says its the post office. I'm just out a $100. Very shady business practices. I think this is a scamming company out for people's money by selling cheaply made products, or ripping them off.

Avoid these products like the plague. I bought the socks for my sister and they burned her leg so badly she needed emergency treatment. This company is a scam.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a heated vest on Jan 4, 2024 for my son’s birthday present. Here I sit on Feb 12 with no vest and no communication from them after repeated requests. They have my money and they stole the joy from my son’s birthday.
I try to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt, but in this case, these folks are complete scam artists. STAY AWAY!

This is not an American company. Their items ship from mainland China. Which they do not tell you before purchase. They use "Asian" sizing which makes getting the correct size very difficult. A 3XL is about a Large size here.
When you make an order, they automatically enroll you in their "VIP" service. They advertise this as free and allow you to get "expedited" shipping and a free gift. Well, the shipping is not expedited at all. Took mine almost a month to arrive. And to top that off the VIP is not free. You will find a $26.26 fee on your credit card monthly. And when you call to cancel they are smug and rude.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I’d give 0 stars if possible!! Scam of a company. I ordered a heated vest from this company, along with an extra battery that they claim you need for the vest (lie). The vest was FAR too small, the zipper broke on the first wear and the battery died several hours before they claimed it would. I reached out to this company for help and they offered me 35% of the purchase price and encouraged me to gift it to someone else!
Buyer beware: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
