Ordered a pallet deal of 50 potted Photinias 40-60cm tall, I don't know how they measured them unless they include the height of the pot as well, which in my mind would be underhanded. The actual height above ground was 30-40cm. There wasn't one that came anywhere near 60cm. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service, arranging delivery for a specific day and amending my order before dispatch. Laurel hedging was very good quality and all arrived safely packaged and a good price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very happy to recommend Scots Plant Direct. Initial phone advice helpful on how many bay hedge plants to purchase to cover area, and size variation between plants. Ordered Wednesday late morning, delivered midday next day. The plants were packed well. Arrived undamaged. And look very healthy. Well done and thank you.

After reading some reviews which were less than complementary I was reluctant to place an order for hedging. However, I contacted them by email first and got a response within a few hours from Saffron, one of the sales team. She reassured me that Scotplantsdirect had been taken over at the end of 2022 and was striving to improve the service. I proceeded with an order for 75 40 to 60 cm potted beech plants and am pleased to say they were delivered on a pallet as agreed on the Thursday of that week. The plants all looked healthy and have now been planted out. Time will tell but so far it has been an excellent service and I will order from them again.

Ordered 30 April. Delivered 17 April. After 10 days I sent an email requesting update on delivery, no reply. When arrived the hedging plants were small and of poor quality and I don’t expect them to flourish

I ordered three varieties of blueberry, delivered next day after dispatch to south coast of England.
All three look great, have fruit on them (and a lot which fell off in transit) and altho the pot is smaller than expected, the plant is bigger.
Several emails prior to purchase were quickly answered and very helpful advice given.
A great price too, even with postage.
Very happy.

After an order for Bay Hedging in 2020, which was delivered on time, many of the plants died. I had repeated promises for replacements but they never arrived. After many emails through 2021 they now say the order was completed in 2020 and deny any further correspondence or commitments. I've resent the mails and the photos but being ignored.

Packaging cost very expensive compared to other web sites and proved to be not worth the money. Plants badly packed and damaged on receipt ,will not be using this web site again.

We ordered Bare Rooted Raspberries plants in advance of being sent, due to the time of the year.
We had email confirmation and updates
The very healthy looking plants came, on time and well packaged.
We are looking forward to a great crop of raspberries next year.
