Tyler provides high-quality, patient-centred care. He always has time to for an informal quick chat before he asks about your medication & dental routines.
He is always extremely professional, demonstrates empathy, concern, & full understanding of patient needs according to individual needs.
Tyler always pays attention to detail during dental cleans & is the best hygienist ever. He provides the most comprehensive cleans & is really adept at using small instruments causing very little discomfort.
He works well as a team with his excellent technician.
Nikki as always is a top notch dentist & is second to none.

staff was friendly and the dentist was brilliant ,, i am a nervous patient and was put at ease from the start,, he informed me all that he was going do ,, i would definately recommend,, this is twice ive used them as an emergency,, and twice have be brilliant,, so thank you ,, wished i could remember the dentist i seen that day,, but a big thank you to him x

Shailee, simply marvellous
There are a couple of minus's. Parking is a bit of an issue as they are so popular & there seems to be a national shortage of hygienists which they are trying to address.
The big plus point is, as much as I hate going to the Dentists, Shailee is a wonderful Dentist.

Best dentist is DR SHYAM
I booked at scott arms in an emergency thinking the worst but left with the best outcome and relieved from pain. I was seen by DR Shyam who was very gentle and informative of the treatment I required this made me feel at ease. Couldn’t thank DR Shyam enough.
All the staff at the practice are all friendly and helpful. Would go back again and recommend to anyone!

Unfortunately these guys ain’t my own dentists and I’ve only ever used these guys in an emergency where it’s out of hours or when I can’t get an appointment at my own dentist. However they never seem to disappoint me. They always have been transparent and open with me regarding the best solution and treatment I need and as they say you pay for quality and only wish I lived near them and I could use them more often.

The fillings used are terrible
The fillings used are terrible, I understand it’s a temporary filling but it should last longer then 24 hours absolutely terrible

Money hungry
I was told that I got gum disease when really it’s just a money making tactic for customers to spend more money. Got told my tooth was wobbly and all sorts. I was told to see a specialist and pay a X amount of money for my teeth to be fixed. I was told he was the best in the game and he has all these degrees that makes him so special. I was left mortified and so worried. Anyways I Went to see my normal dentist and they told me I have no problems. Even shown me on X-ray that my teeth was fine. I was mortified when I came home from Scott arms. The staff need to start being honest instead always thinking about the money.

After reviewing your records, we noticed that you were a regular visitor to our hygienist in 2022, but then stopped for a period before returning for your most recent appointment. We understand your concerns, but we stand by the recommendations we provided you with. We have a specialist periodontist who splits their time between our practice and Harley Street, and we believe that seeing this specialist would be beneficial for you. Exceptional service
Dr. Gavinder provided exceptional service, showcasing his expertise and professionalism. Through his careful examination, he successfully identified a hidden cavity hiding beneath an old filling. Thanks to his skill full treatment, I can now again enjoy cold beverages without experiencing any discomfort or sharp tingling sensations.

Had a crown fall off this evening and got an emergency appointment with Scott’s arm dental practice. Saw a brilliant dentist named Ishak who treated my tooth with great care & no fuss. Really lovely experience excellent service and great staff ! Highly recommend .

Going to the dentist is one thing I dread but when I visited this dental practice . It wasn't as bad as usual the dental surgeon I saw was very good explained everything that was gonna happen and I was put at ease... would definitely recommend this practice

Service is fine but you'd expect them to give your teeth a simple polish as you've just spent over £1,000+ on a new crown. It's the small things that matter in business
