Not worth it
I had a horrible experience at Scott Arms Dental Practice. The prices were extremely high for the poor quality of work I received. The staff didn’t explain anything clearly, and I felt completely confused about what was being done and why. The results were disappointing, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Definitely not worth the money I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic Service
I'm not gonna lie,I'm petrified of Dentists. After a weekend of pain my wife booked me into Scott Arms for an out of hours extraction on Tuesday 28th October. After sitting in the waiting room for around 10 minutes I was called in to see Sher Khan. Sher explained everything to me and told me exactly what he was going to do. After a quick xray Shar confirmed the tooth needed to come out. Then came the scary part, the dreaded needle. I was fine, scared, but fine. I didn't feel the needle at all. After what seemed like a couple of minutes after the injection Shar got to work and within 45 to 60 seconds later the offending tooth was out. Never felt a thing.
Shar and his nurse reassured me every step of the way to the point of total relaxation. So much so, that I have another upcoming appointment in a couple of weeks time. Something I thought I would never agree too.
The girls on reception are friendly and welcoming too. What more could you ask for? It's a 10 from me!

I’ve been charged different price than I’ve been told and when I said the lady on the phone she told me that price they said we can listen the call and find out but they never did

We are sorry to hear you were unclear about the pricing for your treatment. On checking, we can see that you arranged your appointment online.
We can only give you an estimate online or even over the phone, as we are not sure what the dentist recommends until you arrive.
However, all pricing will be made clear after an assessment and a treatment plan has been formulated. We have since spoken, and this has now been resolved.
We hope to continue to look after your dental care in the future 😊

Emergency dental appointment
Scott Arms Dental Practice are 100% fantastic in every way, from reception staff, dental nurses and the dentists themselves, all are so kind, gentle and professional. I was seen as an emergency with jaw pain thinking I may have a dental abscess. Demi was truly wonderful and explained thoroughly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a great service from start to finish I needed urgent help as my pain was excruciating I was advised and seen too very fast and reassured. Extremely quick the dentist was very caring, carful and patient very polite went over and beyond. Thank you for helping me in my time of need. Exceptional service

Booked appointment on Sunday morning…
Booked appointment on Sunday morning via the website. Got a appointment for 11am, paid the deposit online.
Went to the surgery, was greeted in a professional and a friendly manner. Filled in my details on the surgery ipad.
Got seen on time, my dental issue was diagnosed in a quick and efficient manner. Was shown the full price before any work was started.
Had 4 roots taken out. It was quick and virtually pain free.
Will recommend anyone who is needing a emergency dentist at short notice. Thank you guys!

I had raging toothache I was booked into this dentist within 2 hours and the tooth was taken out the dentist was so lovely he was very caring and I didn’t feel a thing couldn’t thank him enough definitely recommend

I've always had a big phobia of the…
I've always had a big phobia of the dentist , so I have always avoided going by any means, but I had to get a tooth taken out earlier on this year . I was Placed with Gav and he reassured me and make me extremely comfortable. After the extraction he always aided me with correcting me teeth through invisalign and I must say that I no longer have any issues with the Dentist. From start to finish Gav thoroughly explained the process and now I'm extremely happy with the end product and I can confidently smile.

I had two teeth removed and needed stitches, and the whole team were so kind, gentle, and professional. They made me feel welcome, calm, and well cared for throughout. It wasn’t an easy procedure, but their understanding and reassurance made such a difference. I’m very grateful for their excellent care.

Efficient, polite and friendly staff.
Dentist spent time going through what check up entailed and answered any questions- no rush
Followed by hygienist appointment, again really helpful with what I needed to do going forward.
