Excellent service
Excellent service from the moment we stepped into the store. Staff helpful,polite and professional, not at all pushy with sales. Everything explained clearly about prices, fabric choices and delivery.
The delivery team were also friendly and professional.
Biggest bonus, the furniture arrived 1 month earlier than estimated date,which for myself was very convenient.
Would definitely return to Poltronesofa in the future and would highly recommend.

Great Experience
All the staff i spoke to were very helpful and professional,I dealt with Amy and a young sales person she was helpful professional and curtious she answered all our questions and both myself and partner was very pleased with her service.

The buying experience was excellent
The buying experience was excellent. Dean at the Basildon store was very helpful and informative. We were not pressured at any time. Obviously we haven’t had the furniture delivered yet so cannot leave a review on that yet.

Sofa Bed arrived broken
Sofa Bed arrived broken. Advised scs delivery team that we reject the furniture due to it being broke, they advised that we wasn't allowed to. NOw I have a broken item of furniture taking space in my home. SCS used to be good, they now appear to be a bunch of cowboys

I am so sorry to read about the concerns with your sofa bed on arrival and appreciate just how frustrating this must be for you.
I can see that a service has been raised and the required parts have been placed on order with Emmiera. This has a lead time of around 4 weeks which you will then be contacted regarding a repair.
