Dented tins of Resiblock sealant
Bought two 5ltr tins of Resiblock sealant,
The price for each can was lower than other sellers but I can see why. When I opened the box both tins must have been packed knowingly that the tins were dented in various places.
It had nothing to do with the delivery company as the box was in one piece and no damage to it.
And I have photos to prove it.
The only good thing is the cans hadn’t leaked.
Won’t be rushing back to order from this company again if that’s the condition of the products they sell and send out to there customers.

Tins were fine when they left us. Same condition they arrive from Sika.
Sounds like the tin did its job, as there were no leaks from the product itself.
I’m assuming you didn’t see the warning on the advert when placing?
We do have a note on the 5 litre tins advising below:
(Please note that tins may get dented in transit and this is not a reason for return please do not purchase tined products if this is an issue for yourself.)
The tin is to protect the item, which it has, and dents can happen so no need for alarm.
Hope this clears up our position on the matter and good luck with your new project.

Found it difficult to get to checkout. Came across as a scam website. I tried to pay by PayPal as a guest but the system asked for all my address details which are automatically provided by PayPal. Anyway I just could not get to the checkout. Maybe it was my error but I am not a novice at buying on line. Please disregard this feedback if your purchases are going through without problems. Maybe the link I got from my Google search for a product sent me to a false website

Sorry you had issues checking out on the website, not sure why you couldn’t manage the process to be honest.
Did you call/email our sales team to advise you were having issues? If so, we could have placed order for you and arranged for invoice to be sent over asap.
We had over 1000 successful orders go through on Monday, so it does sound like you have pick up a 3rd party link somewhere along the line. Can happen on any PC these days.
I can assure you our website is a legitimate purchasing platform, and you can see we have the Google Trust Service Padlock on the website to prove it.
Google Trust Services & Trustpilot also rate us highly on their own portals so hopefully this will go some way to assuring you we are all above board and authentic.

Only use if you're not in a hurry and like delivery drivers.
Ordered 25L reflective paint and application kit on 28/04. The wrong paint was sent one day, the application kit on another day and the collect and replace wrong product on another day. That is 3 delivery days I waited in for one order. I finally got my completed order delivered 12/05 which is 14 calendar and 10 working days after initial order. Next time I'll use a 3 day free delivery alternative on eBay.

Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately this order was delayed at the start of dispatch due to damage into us, so sorry for the delay. Then secondly, we made a picking error, which sometimes can happen. I can only apologise for this mistake. Once we were alerted to this, we resolved it in a extremely swift manner (working around times you were available to be home).
I can see your item was collected today and delivered by the same driver, so all resolved finally.
I can assure you we dispatch over 1000 orders a day on next day basis, but haz chem items can take a little longer through the network. Even eBay is approx. 7 days at the moment due to the nature of the item.
Thank you for your patience on the matter and enjoy the rest of your day.

Excellent customer service, I hadn't heard of this company before, looked at the reviews and thought I would give them a go. Placed my order for trellis, arrived very quickly but one as faulty with a knot breaking the lathe. E-mailed Zoe and she had the damaged one replaced with my second order. Would definitely use them again. Thanks

truly next day delivery - which was a welcome relief from the over 8 days delivery of another company also promising next day! We have not used the product yet, so can not comment on it's effectiveness, but we have every hope it will work. We did try several other things - they did not work, or only on certain slabs (patio cleaner, black spot removed) - so ask me later after we tested this one! so far so good, thank you guys!!

Damage Product - No Help but blame.
I ordered a 25L drum of wood treatment, and used it once after delivery (approx 5L in a 5L spray bottle). I went to use it again a few weeks later (the drum has not been moved) and it was bone dry - empty. Incredibly confused... I filled the drum with water to see if there was a leak and there was the smallest hole on the inside underneath of the drum (which had been covered in plastic wrap as i hadn't unwrapped it until now). The product had over the weeks drained completely. I notified the company as soon as i was aware to be told "Sounds like a little leak after you filled up the 5 litre sprayer. But I cant be sure" and that they wouldn't help me, as time had passed and the delivery driver hadn't reported any leaks. I replied, that it may have happened during transport/delivery or that as it was such a small leak it was not noticed or had been pooling in the plastic with photos of the tiny hole / location... and I have had no response.
This company effectively told me I damaged it myself and that was that. Why would I want to be 20L out of product and writing this on the internet?!
Avoid - take your money but offer no service.

We are sorry for the 1-star rating, and we would like to express our sincere apologies for any shortcomings you may have experienced. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues you may have.
However on this occasion we are unable to help with damage of a product after it has been received and POD completed of you takein in delivery at the doorstep. We have confirmed the courier didn’t have any leak in the van during the overnight trip Exeter depot to Rotherham on the 14th April. The card it was wrapped it wasn’t wet from the "leak" and received in perfect condition. I don’t like to assume anything, but the damage sounds like the tin could have been knocked when decanting (which is understanding as they are very heavy). We are sorry that you feel we haven’t addressed your concerns, but we feel on this occasion, we are unable to take responsibility for this unfortunate situation.
i understand this may not be the answer you wanted, but i hope our position is now clear.
As you have taken time to post a negative review, I’m sure we have lost you as a customer moving forward but if there is anything we can help with in the future, then please do not hesitate to pick up the phone.

I ordered on Saturday and was delivered on tuesday, so very quick. Box of Sika Everbuild PinkGrip Dry Fix FR Dryfix Plasterboard Installation Foam and foam cleaner. I saw negative reviews , but I have never had any problems with my order.. Quick delivery and perfect stuff, Great communication! Absolutely recommended
