Had a membership to try it out during my membership no flights was offered that I couldn’t have found myself using google flights or sky scanner even after 2 weeks only had offers for around 2 flights I cancelled my membership and after it had ended they tried to take money out my bank I even have images showing the site saying my membership has ended yet they still tried to take money from my bank

Tried to cancel my membership through the members@ secretflghtclub.com e-mail, but the e-mail address does not work and I couldnt get through to them to cancel my membership. Got charged full yearly amount for a service i will not use..

Was advised I would get a refund but the company are now ignoring my e-mails and refusing to give me any money back! be ware , I would reccommend using Jacks Flight Club instead.

I joined secret flight club awhile ago and it really paid off managed to book a couple of spontaneous city breaks, Barcelona for £29 return and Ibiza for £30 Return. now I’ve got April and May sorted with two trips. I probably wouldn’t have planned otherwise definitely been worth the membership for me.

I was a bit sceptical but thought the free trail would hurt, but I’ve actually ended up saving quite a bit. Booked a New York flight which I don’t think I would find myself.

Some weeks deals are mid because I don’t always dream of going to places they send but some are really cool, like quick city break to Barcelona, Berlin etc.

It’s been worth it for me

I joined Secret Flight Club around a year ago and have been very happy, I have saved money on flights to the US and South Africa and racked up a bunch of points too. I admit that I could have done some of this myself but it helps to have it all in one place, for the membership fee, I think I am winning overall.

I’ve been using Secret Flight Club and it’s been amazing. I get alerts for mistake fares, flash sales and exclusive airline deals, and I’ve saved a lot on flights.

It works really well if you’re flexible and ready to book quickly. If you love discovering new destinations at lower prices like I do, it’s definitely worth it.

This service doesn't provide anything useful than you can easily do by yourself, If I knew this, I wouldn't have started by free trial. Their model is clearly to give you a free trial and making deliberately complicated and hidden way to cancel your subscription plan (without a reminder) so you will be forced to pay the annual subscription. The website is total mess, it only shows the subscription details but not the cancellation option. STAY AWAY.

Rubbish, not worth it. Sucked in to signing up for free trial, forgot to cancel, now wasting £18 a year on annoying emails
Re. the response, I already cancelled future renewals immediately. Most companies have a grace period where you can cancel an accidental subscription, but there was no warning and no chance to cancel.

It is a scam to get you to pay a 17 EUR or equivalent currency fee for doing work that you can do yourself for free with infinitely better results

Their site is a mess to navigate, they don't have customer service that are contactable outside of a members email and they explicitly state they don't do refunds. In addition, its not that they wont, they claim they CAN'T which is utter nonsense.

Do not use this. Do not give them your business. Do not click on their useless site

I didn’t sign up for this nor did I input my card details. I’ve never even seen or heard of this company and had to google what it was when I saw that £18 had been taken from my account. Will be talking to my bank about this as I’m sure it’s some kind of scam.

Signed up on the whim through instagram but was pleasantly surprised. Haven’t booked a flight yet but will do for a city break In the new year once something good comes through. There are few little added perks and other discounts you get when signed up and blog with some travel guides.

I came across this club few months ago and since I’ve booked 3 flights already. Don’t necessarily have time or patience to look for cheap flights so I find it convenient to just get an offer with link and go and book it. Definitely recommend if you want to travel to different places but don’t want to look for offers yourself.

Cannot recommend Secret Flight Club enough! Such a clever website - I cannot believe how much money I managed to save on my flights to South Africa! 10/10 recommend :)

Joined on the whim through promotion and don’t regret it at all!! Actually booked Majorca for £30 so hopefully some more deals to come through soon as well

Misleading service – no real value, unfair charges

I gave this service a try, but it turned out to be very disappointing. The offers are no different from what you can already find on Expedia or other booking sites. On top of that, they charge you even if you cancel your subscription, and their “no refund” policy applies regardless of whether it’s their fault. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Definitely not worth it.

I signed up for the free trial late March this year and immediately started getting 3–4 emails for flights I’d never book. I thought “no problem, I’ll cancel auto-renew.”

Fast forward to 7-day trial… I got hit with a $39 annual fee—no email reminder, no warning, nothing. No customer service entry.

I’d already gone into my account three times and clicked every “Cancel Renewal” button they offered. Every time they told me it was canceled… only to hit me again next year.

• Emails: Non-stop “cheap flight” spam
• Cancellation: “Your renewal is cancelled” ✅ …yet still got charged
• Support: Zero response (they just auto-reply “will renew next year”)
• Website User Experience is a mess like they just used kids for an hour to design a mess you don't know all the functions are

There are plenty of legit fare-alert services that don’t hold you hostage.

Total scam. You click on a link which flashes a very cheap price and you get duped into a “free membership” requiring your card details. Then surprise surprise you can’t find the cancel option. DO NOT fall for this worthless scam site. Zero value
