DO NOT BUY HERE! I purchased 2 batteries, one was faulty. They would only refund and not replace after requesting a replacemnet many times. They read emails but ignore your requests. So basically do whats best for themselves. A VERY POOR SERVICE!

Ordered a drive,
They had it in stock on the webpage, but after two days of not seeing any update or call, I contacted them, and they started with excuses, "this is from our warehouse, we are checking", bla bla.
Ended up cancelling the order, wasted 2 days of work, and now I have to wait for the refund and order disks from another place...

Irish customers be aware - this is NOT an Irish company. Their domain name Senetic.ie led me to think I was ordering from Ireland (in case of problems with the product or need to communicate). I had ordered solar batteries from them and found that their communication is almost non existent, and their tracking information is inaccurate. They did not trace the wherabouts of my missing batteries, which were stated as delivered 2 weeks ago, and I only received them after phoning their last mile freight company, whose paperwork Senetic had received all along. Phoning the last mile company to enquire about the missing item was a simple task which Senetic's Customer Service did not bother to do at all. Some customers on Trustpilot reviews mentioned broken items received, items not as described and emails and phone calls unreturned, which would have stopped me from ordering from Senetic if I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

Ordered a touch screen TV from them and it arrived smashed (with no damage to box). They will take no ownership of the issue and have rejected our claim. I have escalated it to authorities in line with the consumer rights act 2022. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

I ordered two 900GB HDD - and the very quickly delivered two 600GB HDD. But then they answer no telephone call or emails. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence, perhaps it's a scam site to get ride of unwanted hardware.

Purchased a Samsung S10 FE, Great price, arrived in 4 business days. Will buy from them again.

Disappointing Purchase. Bought two 10TB NAS Hard Drives from Senetic.ie. Received both in OK time but upon opening the package, both hard drives were just in anti-static packaging. They did not come in a box/retail packaging. It did not state on the product listing that they would come without retail packaging. On the anti-static bags it looked like there was labels torn away, which did not look good. Did not look brand new, unused. I emailed support and got no information on why the item were like this, I got nothing from support only information about sending them back. I will not be purchasing from them again. Stay Away. POOR SERVICE, POOR SUPPORT. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Shipping took 2 weeks. Read a review on here that their product shipped with eu plugs , emailed senetic before the product shipped that I'm in Ireland. No reply. Item arrived with EU plugs, emailed sentic again still no reply. Wont be recommending.

I ordered an item from Senetic and paid extra for express courier delivery (€25.59 + VAT, compared to €8 for regular delivery). The promised delivery date was 30/12, and I chose express delivery because I urgently needed the item.

On 30/12, I took a day off to be at home for the delivery, but it never arrived. I tried contacting Senetic and UPS, but there was no response. The same thing happened on 31/12—still no delivery and no communication from either company. Frustrated and out of options, I had to purchase the item locally in the store, spending €100 (much cheaper that from Senetic) because it was essential.

On 3/01, the courier finally arrived late in the afternoon with the item. When I asked why it wasn’t delivered on time, he rudely shouted at me, insisting it was “on time.” The interaction was unpleasant and intimidating.

I reluctantly accepted the delivery, and now I have two of the same item, which I don’t need. Senetic has yet to respond to any of my emails or acknowledge the situation.

I typically don’t write online reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I lost nearly €180 because of their poor service and lack of communication. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Senetic.

Took nearly a month for the product to come, box was damaged and product didn’t work as I hoped it would not sure if this was because it had obviously taken some bangs in transport or something from my end but very unhappy after waiting.

Ordered a Hikvision NVR. Item came delivered by FedEx to Ireland in 1 week. Their website is a .ie but the order came from Poland. Model number was correct, no damage and I emailed them before I bought and they said I had 3 years warranty and if there's a problem they would pay for it to be posted back. Email was replied to next working day morning.

Extremely slow shipping times, I've received items from Aliexpress faster!

Good price and good selection. However shipping times need to be improved. Minimum 3 week wait for shipping to Ireland

I ordered TP Link products from Senetic, contacted the customer service and asked them to handle this with priority. Odered at 2:20PM dispatch in 2 hours and delivered on the following morning to Ireland from Poland. The cusotmer service was prompt, the product arrived with UK power cord. Great company, we will use them again. Special thanks to Krysztof from the customer service.

A terrible company, they sent me a package with European electrical plugs that will not work in Irealnd. I've followed them up with 3 emails and 2 phone calls, they simply will not respond to my requets for a refund or a replacement. I would not recommend this Company.

I ordered from senetic.ie recently for the first time on behalf of our company. I thought I was ordering from an Irish site but they have just registered that domain and are based out of Poland.

What that meant for us was slow to ship and here's the kicker we ordered 8 devices which all came with European power supplies. When I raised it with them they told me they would send 8 x adapters. Not ideal, 8 x UK power supplies would be more appropriate and if you are selling into UK/IE markets you should know this already.

I purchased an item that was not suitable after I selected it from their website. I contacted Senetic returns department who informed me they would only take the item back and return my money if I agreed to take a deduction. The item cost €195.00 and Senetic returned €112.00. The item was not used and returned in its original packaging. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
