Poor quality items
I purchased three large room diffusers at 50 pounds each and they have gone all chipped on lids and the refills are hard to get now as well and the name badge on this has had to be stuck on a few times really been let down by these items .

Lovely products
This is not the first time I have ordered from Sense Aroma and as always I love the oils and I purchased a new diffuser. It arrived before the estimated delivery time and well packed. The website is easy to order from but would be great if they could do Applepay.

The customer service is excellent and the products well packed and of top quality. Lady dealing with the orders was so helpful and pleasant. Have had three orders now and will order more. Sadly the last delivery by enterprise was almost a disaster as the driver, rather than leave the parcel in the open front porch door, in a clear named street ( clearly visible with a large sign on door and constantly used by all delivery men) left the cardboard boxes (large) in the back lane , far from my front door,behind a bin, still visible to the public, in the pouring rain and in a dubious area. Luckily it was retrieved before someone helped themselves.
