I've just had such a positive experience with Steven from this company, despite the fact that the item I wanted was ultimately out of stock. We've had two weeks of dialogue, drawn out only by the fact that I paid via PayPal and needed a refund, which for technical reasons (nothing to do with either of us, and no one's fault except PayPal's) failed twice. Every time I contacted Steven, he responded within half an hour. He was persistent in trying to sort my problem, despite not actually making any money from me as a customer. When it ultimately failed, he agreed to my alternative solution and sorted it immediately. I'm not setting out the full details of how this ended, as I don't want this company to be messed around by difficult customers!

You don't get customer service like this anymore. It's all chatbots, call centres, and 'we'll get back to you in 14 days.' My experience was one of total accountability and integrity. I'm only disappointed that I ended up not being an actual purchasing customer! If I have the chance to try again, I will absolutely be back, because good service like this does not happen by accident.

Steve was really helpful. There was a problem with the order (these things happen) but having email conversation with a real person made sorting it out easy.

Excellent service, delivered before date originally given, package in good condition, being bigger than A normal delivery, would use company again and recommend.

Very easy ordering process and super fast delivery from lads who were very helpful in putting my very heavy pergola exactly where I wanted it.
Instructions were in diagram form, so maybe a written sheet would be more helpful, but not that difficult to do. It is very heavy, so it's definitely a 2 person job, and we even needed another 2 people to help us manoeuvre the pergola under the washing line and into position.

Steven was my point of contact and gave excellent service and advice.
Shed arrived on time and in good condition

Delivery of arbour seat was made whilst I was out. I came home to a pile of wood with no screws or nails and no assembly instructions. One spar was slightly damaged. When I contacted the company, the response was reasonably quick and assembly pack was sent express.

After experiencing an issue with our purchase (that was outside of their direct control), I contacted Customer Service. Firstly, unlike most other companies, Steven has been our contact throughout, so there was no handover or time lost in repetition. We received regular updates, advice and support that I would consider to be above and beyond expectation. On a whole I would say the customer service has been exceptional.

Shed size is wrong in main ad and gives roof span NOT shed size. Shed is almost 10cm smaller in both dimensions. Also shed is shorter than given dimension. My ladder does not fit in it. Photos are misleading. I bought this shed 5 years ago and size is now greatly reduced. Very dissatisfied with my ‘bird house’.
