Replacement for cracked diffuser
Ultrasonic diffuser was cracked; good, friendly customer support telephone service. Sent a photo of the cracks; replacement sent very promptly. Very impressed. (Only put 4* as I personally don’t trust 5* reviews; should be 5).

Fantastic 1st experience using this…
Fantastic 1st experience using this company and it won’t be my last. The product was beautiful and so well priced. Was delivered super quick and well packaged. They even threw in a free box of wax melts which was so kind and unexpected. Absolutely amazing!

Customer service poor.
Customer service poor.
The remote control does not work for the train diffuser.
The assembly instructions lead us to believe that there might be a cover missing for the water tank.
We have emailed sense aroma twice to request a replacement remote control and to ask if there might be a part missing for the train diffuser.
We have not received a reply to either of the emails nor has a replacement remote control been received.
The first email was sent to sense aroma on the 16/10/2024 and the second on the 19/10/2024.
We are adding this review on the 1/11/2024 as we believe we have given sense aroma enough time to respond and resolve the issues.
Poor customer service and we would not purchase from them again.

Bobo panda light …
Lovely item ordered and was dispatched and delivered within a couple of days. Bought Bobo the panda light for my new nephews first Christmas gift he is lovely maybe a bit smaller than expected but that’s the only downside. I’m sure he will love it
