Fantastic customer service
I received a message stating part of my order was slightly damaged, but as it was below market value i said it was ok to send. They instantly upgraded my delivery to next day for free and even offered me a free return if I wasn't satisfied.

Fantastic customer service
I had just been scammed elsewhere on line for headphones and it was a pleasure to deal with Dean who could not have been more helpful and the headphones must have been with the local Post Office within a couple of hours as I received confirmation from them quickly. Headphones were with me next day before 1pm

I bought a Sony Bluetooth speaker…
I bought a Sony Bluetooth speaker online. While trying to pay the payment didn't go through then I contacted customer service they sorted out the issue, very helpful team and I received the speaker within two days. The speaker is excellent.

Our first foray into the large TV arena (who'd have thought a 32" was now considered portable..) saw us visit the Falkirk Sony Centre in search of an almost sold out model - Ross and Craig gave us their time and expertise, in order for us to eventually choose the right model. Nothing was too much trouble or effort. We are definitely delighted with our purchase and would recommend highly, visiting them.
