Great price and decent hardware. For any preconfigured machine the setup times are usually within one hour. Network connectivity is good, and the machine can utilize the full 1Gbps network throughput. The support is helpful. Any hardware defects are fixed promptly.

Although during our vServer experience with Serverloft we had lots of issues with the server availability and networking, now that we are on a dedicated Server everything seems to be working fine.

The only problem we faced during our difficulties with the vServer experience was the technical support. They just didn't seem to be too eager to help with the vServer unavailability problems that kept occurring in a very regular basis.

We would love if the control panel got updated, as it seems a bit outdated and "old", making us think that the company is not taking care of their core "client-facing" products, thus lowering our confidence in it.

We would love if there where "alarms" to notice the customers (like myself) when something is wrong. For example, we never received notifications or emails when our vServer was unavailable.

Anyhow, the customer support we received was great and that was the catalytic element that make us want to stay a bit longer and try the dedicated Server experience with Serverloft. The guy that make this happen, Radoslav Iliev, he is GREAT!
